Non existent reference
I upgraded both Sky Movies and Sports via Quidco's SKY TV Upgrades. No reference supplied either when making the upgrade or in any subsequent letters from Sky. As neither upgrade tracked I filled in my claims with my Sky customer number, so they would know it was me.
Sky refused the claims because I didn't have the reference number so I called Sky and asked for them. Sky Customer services couldn't help me.
Quidco were understanding and offered a small cashback amount as goodwill but Sky upgrades cashback should have been 2 x £50. If there was an alternative to Sky in my location I would get rid of Sky, standard reply and expectation of their Customer Service Team.
