Awful Cashback Experience

It took nearly a year for a £7 cashback claim to be rejected, despite having followed all the suggested tips for ensuring the tracking worked perfectly as I do each time I use Quidco. From my perspective the warning about not relying on cashback tracking is a good one so far as Staples is concerned. I've been a Quidco customer for the last 7 years and to put this in context this is only the second time something hasn't gone as planned. I can't tell if its connected with Staples change of ownership and them cancelling their own reward scheme, just a computer glitch or something else. Good luck!

Cashback Declined Without Reason

Cashback didn't track. Claim raised and subsequently declined. This appears to be trend. I will not buy from Staples based on cash back in future as it is unreliable.

Rejected Valid Cashback Claim

I made two separate large purchases earlier this which didn't automatically track (I have now found this to always be the case with Staples). Today I have found they have rejected both my my cashback claims stating that the order number doesn't match/referrer has not been recognised... it's the exact order number on the VAT invoice supplied by them and I 100% went through cashback to get to their site Took them over 4 months to investigate and respond and now declined my cashback, once declined I'm told this can't be disputed which is very disappointing. I'm a quidco veteran with 12 years on the site, never been so disappointed by a Quidco partner. I would suggest avoiding Staples for any cashback purchases
