Awful Cashback Experience

It took nearly a year for a £7 cashback claim to be rejected, despite having followed all the suggested tips for ensuring the tracking worked perfectly as I do each time I use Quidco. From my perspective the warning about not relying on cashback tracking is a good one so far as Staples is concerned. I've been a Quidco customer for the last 7 years and to put this in context this is only the second time something hasn't gone as planned. I can't tell if its connected with Staples change of ownership and them cancelling their own reward scheme, just a computer glitch or something else. Good luck!

Do not pay casback

Useless in all respects. Took them weeks and weeks to deliver my product. Didn't respond properly to my queries. Didn't take the money from my credit card despite having full details when I placed the order via Quidco. Eventually took payment over the telephone and declined my cashback. Genuinely awful.

Valid Cashback Claim Refused

It took 6 months for them to deny I purchased through Quidco. I have used Quidco for years, and I am very capable of using the site correctly. There was an extremely poor retailer experience, ok delivery, total lack of customer service.
