Awful Cashback Experience
It took nearly a year for a £7 cashback claim to be rejected, despite having followed all the suggested tips for ensuring the tracking worked perfectly as I do each time I use Quidco. From my perspective the warning about not relying on cashback tracking is a good one so far as Staples is concerned. I've been a Quidco customer for the last 7 years and to put this in context this is only the second time something hasn't gone as planned. I can't tell if its connected with Staples change of ownership and them cancelling their own reward scheme, just a computer glitch or something else. Good luck!
