Refused to pay, didn't give a reason as they know full well that I met the criteria.

Not only did they refuse to pay but I have been using the app, I had a small amount to pay and paid it a week or two later, the payment didn't appear to have gone through even after saying payment was successful, I did it a second time and it didn't work again. I've contacted Tesco and they have no footprint of me using the app for 7 odd weeks which is worrying considering I've checked the app several times a day for the last week seeing if the payment has gone out. Poor poor service, lovely woman on the phone but just awful service.
