Paid a little late (about a week)

I was worried as there are lots saying they have not gotten their cash back but i got my cash back about a week later than the estimated date, the company have been helpful and polite so i am glad i switched over!

Zero intent to pay cashback

If the promise of cashback is the deciding factor for going ahead with a Tesco Mobile contract, then this isn't for you. I got a great deal on Tesco Mobile (20GB data plus calls and messages for £20/mo), but they declined the cashback claim. Although I cannot complain about the service — they've given me everything I wanted and more — the cashback situation leaves a bitter taste.

Cashback DECLINED

Had to open a case with quidco. Cashback declined after 4 months. Was happy with phone contract, but the extra cashback would have been nice to get.
