Cashback declined, no reason given
The first contract that I took out with Tesco Mobile via Quidco back in 2012, there was apparently some system problem with the online order and they ended up phoning me to process it. So I wasn't terribly surprised that the cashback didn't register then. Now in 2016 I took another contract, again via Quidco... no problems processing the order but still no cashback. Made a claim... declined. Why? I don't know what possible reason they could have to decline it. Perfectly happy with the pricing and service, but I don't think they should be allowed on Quidco if they have no intention of paying the cashback promised.
