Didn't track and claim was rejected

As a regular Quidco user, I was pleased to find cashback was available for The Dungeons tickets. However my purchase did not track, so I raised a claim thinking that they would look to resolve it as I had indeed bought the tickets and gave my reference number. It took 2 months to get a response, but when I did I was told there was nothing that they could do, which is very frustrating given the level of cashback and the price of the tickets meant that the claim was for several pounds rather than pence. We enjoyed the day out, it's just a shame that the promised cashback wasn't forthcoming.
