So Quick!

Paid out within 6 weeks of booking holiday. Fantastic from tracking to payment. Linked in with a really competitive actual price for the holiday I have no complaints and will be using again.

Poor Cashback

Poor cash back experience! I booked my holiday back in August 2016, it's now February 2017 and we haven't had the cash back! I opened a claim in September and it's still on-going. The holiday is also paid in full. I have read other reviews where guests were given their cash back within two/three weeks of booking the holiday.... and I am being advised that I will not get confirmation until 12 weeks after the holiday! Something doesn't seem right here???? As for Thomas Cook themselves, I have had a good experience with the booking of the holiday! Shame about the cash back experience.

Disgusting behaviour from Thomas Cook regarding cashback

Our holiday was only booked with Thomas Cook rather than another holiday company due to cashback being available. We have booked with them previously and they were very good. With regard to the cashback, it did not track, a claim was submitted and they have declined it saying they cannot find any trace of the purchase. Correct details were supplied to them and the holiday has been paid for in full.
