Poor cash back experience! I booked my holiday back in August 2016, it's now February 2017 and we haven't had the cash back! I opened a claim in September and it's still on-going. The holiday is also paid in full. I have read other reviews where guests were given their cash back within two/three weeks of booking the holiday.... and I am being advised that I will not get confirmation until 12 weeks after the holiday! Something doesn't seem right here????
As for Thomas Cook themselves, I have had a good experience with the booking of the holiday! Shame about the cash back experience.
