Disappointed

After buying 4 merlin passes in June 2016 and having the order tracked, order number given, I now get told in August that the cashback has been declined as apparently I didn't order the product correctly through the proper channels. I'm really disappointed as this is the first time I've ever ordered merlin passes before and thought I would try going through Quidco to do it. I don't know why I didn't use the correct channels because how was the order tracked in the first place and it showing in my activity, if I didn't do it properly. It's a real shame because otherwise Quidco has been great for me so far.

Cashback Declined

Cashback did not track automatically, after purchasing 12 tickets on thorpe park website via quidco. After submitting a claim, I received an email from quidco stating the claim had been declined, as they could not prove the sale was made via quidco.

Rubbish. A complete con

4 cashback instances were initially tracked because of much to-ing and froing before purchase and fair enough 3 of them were rejected almost immediately. That's fine except with the final one they took so long to make a decision (declined) that it's now beyond the 45 days that I can raise an objection so I have no recourse. Very disappointing. I hope brands realise what damage they do to themselves by behaving in these shoddy ways.
