Cashback do's and don'ts


  • Cashback is not paid on VAT, delivery charges and any other additional fees, occasionally some may pay cashback on the full basket amount. When a minimum spend threshold is required to be eligible for cashback, retailers do not count VAT and fees in the total spend amount

  • Cashback is available on genuine, tracked purchases completed immediately and wholly online
  • Purchases at this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the merchant confirms the purchase is eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account
  • Most transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" claim within 45 days of the transaction.

Since their launch in 2003 as the UK’s first 3G only network, Three Mobile have accumulated over 10 million customers and counting. Their network today covers 99% of the UK population.

Three offer a SIM-only contract, which means you pay for a SIM card with all the data, minutes and texts you require without having a phone contract alongside it.

Customers are offered flexibility over their payment, as they can join for a month, or they can choose a 12 or 24-month plan and if you opt for the pay-as-you-go plan there is no upfront cost.

Top Tips for Shopping with Three

Free Next Day Delivery

Three are offering free next day delivery on all online orders. Customers are able to get phones, tablets and laptops delivered the following business day and it will be free next day delivery if the purchase is made online from Three mobile.

This offer applies to all online purchases made before 8pm and the goods are shipped by DPD to arrive the following day.

Free Subscription to Apple TV

Three customers will receive three months of Apple TV for free with any iPhone, iPad or Home Broadband purchase. The offer must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase.

Apple TV allows you to enjoy top streaming services and live TV. Customers can watch blockbuster movies, trailers, clips, and experience music, photos and videos on the big screen.

Student Discount

A student discount is offered to all Three customers who qualify. Any student can take advantage of reduced upfront fees, unlimited data, and up to 20% off a number of packages and plans.

A SIM-only deal students can capitalise on is an unlimited 24-month sim for half price for the first six months. Similar deals apply to mobile phones and laptops.

Price Promise

The Price Promise is put in place by Three to guarantee that they can beat any competitors prices by at least £1. Therefore, if you find a better deal at EE, Vodafone, or O2, their price will be beaten by Three by at least £1 a month.

This applies to both new customers and existing customers.

Trade in Old Devices for up to £600

Instead of throwing your old devices away, Three allow you to send old devices back to them in exchange for cash. Once you follow the returns process, the payment process will begin within 24 hours of the device being received.

Postage and package is free and if the device is received before 1pm, you will receive your cash the same day.

Discounts and cashback with Three

Customers can receive £100 cashback a month by signing up to Three’s unlimited SIM-only plans for £11 a month, which equates to 50% off. The £100 cashback will go onto a prepaid Mastercard.

New customers that are switching to Three from another provider will have the opportunity to get up to £250 cashback on select devices. 

Existing customers of Three are able to get 10% off select SIM-only phone plans, and if they refer a friend to one of Three’s products, they could be entitled to £80 in cash to share between themselves and their referred friend.
