buy the sim 07/2017, and claim the money back 03/2018. you have to keep track on it

Very unreliable cashback tracking

I have used Three several times for family SIM Only contracts over the last couple of years. I only use them as they are one of the cheapest if not the cheapest. The tracking fails at least 50% of the time and it's not Quidco's fault as it also happens on TopCashBack. They appear to be advertising a high level of cashback and then attempting to avoid paying it (either that or their systems are pathetic and can not cope). I have had to raise queries several times and without vigilance and persistence I would have lost about £200. It is a shame as their network is good to excellent and support is good (only slightly let down by it being offshore).
