Misleading cashback rate

Booked a holiday last year for two people. However, cashback only tracked on half the total cost of the booking (i.e. as if for one person). I raised a query but the other portion (around £65) was again declined. Also, long delay before payment and response to query.

Don't believe the cash back rates

My cash back tracked from Travelsphere but it was considerably less than I expected. I raised a claim and it has been rejected and they have advised the amount is correct. What it appears they have done is give cash back just for me not the booking. This is not clear at all and you should be aware of this when booking. In my case the cash back was not even the amount quoted for the individual. What a load of rubbish.

Longest wait ever for cashback

I paid the balance well before it was due and every time I log in and check the date of payment has moved. Now it doesn't even give a date of when I can expect payment, just says there is a delay and the retailer is taking longer than usual. I booked the holiday the 1st week of Jan. Now nearly mid-August and I'm still waiting......
