Only time I've ever been let down by an online retailer
On the 24th July I ordered what was intended to be a birthday present from this company. 2 weeks later my order was still "Being processed" and my only response from the company was a request to "Rate your purchase". Returning after a 2 week holiday I found that my order was still being processed and that it was impossible to contact the company by phone (you have dialled an incorrect number) or email (this email is unauthorised).
They did however repeated ask me to leave them a review....which I did, but this was rejected !
After over a month I finally got a response from them and an eventual refund by replying over and over again to their original confirmation email.
As I said this is the only time I have ever been let down by a company. If in the future I do buy any Under Armour products I would buy from another company
