Cashback rejected - click and collect
Ordered online, the claim tracked fine, clicked and collected in store (making the full purchase online), but the cashback was rejected. I kept the item, and there was no return (full or partial) of the item. They then rejected a manual claim. No specific information as to why, and I am at a loss to understand why.
The only thing I think why the claim was rejected is that I collected the item from Sports Direct (this was given as a ‘click and collect' option by USC), but there is nothing in the terms and conditions that state this should be a problem.
