Book the day you receive the voucher or it may cost more than you think

Two experiences bought, on both occasions had to pay an additional £25 pounds even when booking before the voucher expiry date. Problem is if the supplier of the experience has no dates available before the end date on the voucher you WILL have to stump up and additional £25 i.e. lose any cash back you gained. You are better off booking direct with the supplier and paying just a few pounds more.

Cashback Never Tracks

Very poor experience with Virgin Experience Days. Ordered three gifts before Christmas and followed the rules and regulations related to tracking however had to raise claims for all three and just found out none of the claims will be paid. Never have this with other clients and noticed my claim with them over a year ago did not track either. Cashback amount looks good but don't bother - you won't get it. Very disappointing.

Cashback doesnt track

Should have received £22 cashback, didnt track. Claim was also unsuccessful. Apparently I didnt use quidco... Cannot review the product as we're not redeemed it yet.
