Cashback not confirmed

Virgin holidays themselves are great and provide a good service but their cashback is extremely slow. It’s been 9 months since we booked the holiday and 4 months since we got back from our holiday and no sign of the cashback being confirmed. Quidco customer support have not been any help either so best not to expect the cashback to come through.

Cashback Declined for no good reason

I spent £3,600 and the cashback was declined for no reason. I didn't realise that my cashback had been declined either until after the 45 day period. The holiday itself was nothing special, i was unimpressed with the fact that we were on a long haul flight and the cabin crew did not ask the people in front to put their seats to upright whilst we had our food. Standard class felt like being on a budget airline and the hotel we stayed at felt like Butlins.
