Service Ok but no cash back
The switch from BT to Vodafone went without a hitch, router arrive in good time and the service has been good and stable since activation. But, the £100 cash back for Fibre 76 that was ordered has been declined, despite all the criteria being met. This seems like misrepresentation or fraud if you ask me. The least they could do would be to offer an explanation, but no, that seems like too much to ask.
No impressed. If your decision to order from Vodafone is swayed by a cash back offer, be warned you may be disappointed.
