Did not work

I was a new customer, but the £12.50 did not track. I did complain, however was told not down to them. Only showing £1 cashback as tracked.

Absolutely slow about cash back

Since November 2016 I am tracking a cash back, worst!

Denied cashback by retailer

Sent money online in April 2016, claim had to be lodged and in October 2016 was advised that claim had been denied by Western Union. Only reason I used Western Union through Quidco was to offset the poor exchange rate that was offered. Will never use Western Union again and will, in future, stick to trusted payment providers such as Revolut or Transferwise.
