Cashback Declined

Online home delivery order made, Positive site easily navigated, bulk purchase price made good value plus I thought cash back would be even better, customer service and communication good. Negative Showed as visit recorded, no cash back registered within timescale reported missing transaction, Wickes then declined my payment, even though they e-mailed me to confirm they had problems with their online order system. Wont be using again.

Great products, great cashback, poor delivery

Ordered products (good price) but delivery took 2 months given all the mess ups on the part of Wickes and their poorly chosen courier. Half the order was eventually delivered and I ended up the collecting the rest from store. In the end had waited in around 3 days in total! On the good side, Wickes did compensate me a bit for this and cashback had no problems at all and was paid as expected.

Placed an order for Click and Collect which tracked OK but was then later declined and for no good reason as far as I could tell. Will think twice about using them again.
