Cashback declined

Within a few days of taking the broadband the cashback (which tracked at the wrong amount) has simply been declined. No reason. Don't like companies doing this - not a good start. So as I'm within my 14 day cool off period I'll be declining their service too!

Cashback declined the Product is POOR - Lots of hidden charges

As the saying goes when something looks too good to be true it usually is - In my opinion that is the case with this firm Pressure sell - offer discounts which then don't materialise It appears that many users have cashback declined and I will be reporting this company to the ASA The actual product is poor - broadband speeds are often less than 1 meg and I have been told that it could cost me £100 for them to investigate Hidden charges everywhere I regret taking a product withthis company Customer service is very poor - my line wasn't properly installed
