Appallingly slow to pay

Really disappointed with YHA service in regards Quidco. You are told it will take 8-12wks from actually going on the holiday, which is fine. But we went mid-August and its now 24wks and nothing. Quidco have assured me on 2 or 3 occasions that they are chasing but it's not looking likely.

Declining advertised cashback rate

Twice I have had purchases track at 2 rates for one booking, the correct rate and a nominal £0.01, the correct cashback is then declined. This could just be teething troubles as it looks as though they are relatively new.
