I chose Bedworld over numerous other bed retailers simply because of their generous cashback offering. The cashback failed to track, so I raised a manual claim, which was rejected a couple of months later without explanation. On raising this with Quidco, they investigated this with the retailer, but the retailer still refused to honour the cashback pledge. I have generally had a very good experience with retailers who promise cashback, but Bedworld seem happy to lure customers in with promises of cashback and then completely fail to deliver on their pledge. I will never go near Bedworld ever again, and would urge anyone to think twice if they expect to get any cashback from this particular outfit.
