When ordering to store, item wasn't despatched from warehouse until 7 days after ordering, twin pack of school trousers bought, 1 pair faulty within a week, but store wanted both pairs back, if you want items quickly don't get delivered to store.

I have used many online sites offering cashback and I am most impressed with BHS. Their tracking seems to be spot on and their payment is indeed fast. Delivery of items to home is excellent as well - there is one thing I might suggest reading some of the other comments, if the item you are ordering is fragile and you are worried about it being broken on arrival - opt for store delivery and then you can sort this immediately. Also, I have noticed their range of homeware goods has definitely improved - so it's a 5* from me on BHS.

The items i bought should have been in a great box but the boxes they sent were ripped and squashed. These boxes were very well wrapped so they must have put them in like it .Tried to get in touch with them about it and they ignored my emails

If you want to shop with BHS, I would strongly recommend that you do not order online and shop in store instead. I placed two orders, my first order never arrived after waiting patiently for 17 days, they refunded me, no one actually bothered to ask if I still wanted the product, and I had checked that it was still in stock. BHS customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered again as I really wanted the item, it was in the sale, so it was a good price. The second time, I requested delivery to the store, whilst I received an email to advise me it had been despatched, I never recieved a call or email advising that my product was ready for collection, which is something they said that they would do and not to go in store to collect until I recieve confirmation. BHS have a tracking system, which after over a week told me that my parcel had been collected. I hadn't even been in store, so that left me feeling stressed out. I tried calling the customer service phone line 2/3 times, at different times of the day but I never got through to anyone after waiting 10/15 minutes so I had to email. They do respond to email, although do not expect a prompt response, you may have to wait several days. I eventually got my parcel, I went to the store and luckily it was there.

it took two weeks for my items to be deliverd to store . I was collecting from the fort and also had other items to pick up from different stores there . The other stores were trlling me if i didnt collect my items they were going to send them back yet still nothing from bhs . Was not impressed as it meant i had to make two journeys to the fort wont be using this service for them again .

When I went to collect my order, I wasn't asked for any ID (although the website states that you need to show the card that was used online), although I did show my printed off e-mail confirming purchase. I've since had a reminder to go and collect my order. I e-mailed customer services to ask them to confirm that I have only been charged once as I only ordered one item, but haven't received a reply yet (It's nearly two weeks since I queried it). The product itself was in good condition, and ready for collection on the date stated.

If you wanting thing to collect in store in a reasonable time, forget it, can take up to two weeks before your goods arrive, better off shoppoing with Debenhams, better quality and much speedier delivery. Watch they don't try and charge you for delivery to store as they did me had to send three emails before a refund. Even tried to charge me for home delivery even though I qualified for free home delivery. Very disappointed with speed of deliver and reply time to emails.Will only use again if they have the goods I want at the right price.
