Overall poor website and poor tracking and if you do win you cant take any money out of the website unless you have spent much more then your deposit

As per other reviewers have already stated avoid this company. My cashback claim was denied ( after a long wait) despite meeting all criteria as required by retailer. Have asked Quidcare team to chase up but not expecting much chance being paid.

Joined Oct 2011 - tracked Nov 2011 - cashback claim denied!!! Cashback claim raised but I hold out no hope. Site itself not good and as other reviewer said - very difficult to get any winnings withdrawn - avoid at all costs - use a British bingo site

Didn't track - had to raise claim. Couldn't raise a claim for ages as they don't let you. Did eventually get paid - 9 months after transaction!

Avoid this site. It is almost impossible to withdraw any winnings and my cashback claim was denied after making a claim. Site is regulated by Maltese laws and there is no comeback.
