Terms and conditions

Overview

1. All information detailing how to enter this promotion forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. Opting into the promotion will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The information given in these Terms and Conditions is correct, but Quidco reserve the right to change any of the below without prior notice.
3. The duration of the promotion is from 00:00:00 on 3 Nov 2014 to 23:59:59 on 24 Dec 2014.
4. Participation in the promotion is by opting in and making qualifying cashback earning purchases online at Bonus event retailers. A full list of participating retailers is available on the Christmas Rewarding Event page (http://www.quidco.com/christmas/bonus-event/).
5. Upon opting in different bonus tiers will be set for members to unlock. These will only become payable once the purchase requirements to unlock the bonus have been met.
6. Where a retailer offers In-store and receipt upload cashback, purchases made via these methods will not be eligible for bonus cashback unless expressly stated.
7. Purchases made via the Quidco Compare part of the site will not be eligible.
8. If a member has not opted in and makes a purchase at a participating retailer they will not be eligible for a bonus nor will the purchase count towards the total purchases needed to unlock their bonus payments.
9. The cashback from purchases made at participating retailers remain unchanged. The regular cashback will be added to the member’s main Activity table. Members will be able to see a bonus icon next to these transactions.
10. All bonus amounts are a flat sum. Purchasing at 6 Bonus Retailers will unlock £6, purchasing at a total of 9 Bonus Retailers will unlock the £25 level and 12 Bonus Retailers will unlock the full £50. For the avoidance of doubt, the member will receive £6 for transactions at 6 different bonus retailers. This will be topped up by £19 to £25 when a further 3 qualifying transactions are made. The bonus will then be topped up to the full £50 when 12 bonus transactions are made. Multiple transactions at one participating retailer do not count. This will account for one bonus transaction. Members will also not earn the bonus amounts in incremental amounts. i.e. members will not receive £1 for each transaction up to the first 6 transaction target – the total 6 need to be achieved to unlock the bonus.
11. Participating retailers can be identified on the Rewarding Bonus Event homepage, or by Bonus event icons (the blue present) on the retailer listings, and retailer pages and promotional placements.
12. The member must make the required number purchases, each at a different participating retailer in order for each bonus level to be payable. For the avoidance of doubt, two transactions at the same retailer will only count as one transaction from the participating retailer in the Rewarding Bonus Event.
13. Until the member makes purchases at 6 participating retailers the cashback bonus will remain locked and will not be payable to the member. The bonus will become payable after purchases are made at the required number of participating retailers and the member's total spend at bonus retailers is twice that bonus amount. For the avoidance of doubt, to unlock a £6 bonus a member must spend at least £12 over 6 participating retailers to unlock the bonus of £6, £50 over 9 retailers to unlock the bonus of £25 and £100 over 12 retailers to unlock the bonus of £50.
14. The bonus will be payable when all the participating retailers have confirmed all the sales to be genuine (confirmed status) and as such member’s payouts will be aligned with the confirmation periods of the individual retailers involved. Please check each retailer’s Quidco page for their average confirmation times.
15. Following the end of the promotion the member will be able to access information about their bonus cashback on their Quidco activity page. All purchases subject to a bonus will identified on that page by a Rewarding Bonus event icon.
16. Should a purchase at a participating retailer be declined, that transaction will be deducted from the member’s transaction bonus total. If this also reduces the member’s valid purchases below the required targets then the bonus will become unpayable.
17. Tracking and payment of regular cashback is subject to the usual tracking, payment and claims processes outlined in the Quidco Account Holder Agreement.
18. Should a purchase not track, the member is required to contact the Quidco Support team to raise a claim and request that the bonus purchase be added to their total.
19. If a member has to raise a claim, your bonus will not be confirmed until the claim is approved.
20. Quidco shall not be responsible for lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions or technical failures. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
21. Uses of personal data received by Quidco in the course of the promotion are subject to Quidco's data protection policy.
22. There are no alternatives to the bonus cashback stated and they are not transferable. Quidco reserves the right to change the bonus cashback offered at any time.
23. There is a £50 maximum limit to the cash bonus one member can earn. By unlocking the first £6 of the bonus, the member can then unlock a total of £44 more, the £6 is not cumulatively added to the other targets.
24. A member cannot open multiple Quidco accounts to achieve multiple bonuses.
25. Quidco reserve the right to remove any account holders from the promotion that they feel may breach any of these terms and conditions, may not be acting in good faith, or may bring the entrant or the competition into disrepute. Any bonus cashback accumulated will be deemed as void.
26. Any decision made by Quidco is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
