I was a bit dubious of using Dabs when I saw the number of negative reviews here. But I really am not sure what they are all on about, as I had a very good experience with this retailer. I purchased a tablet, cheaper than anywhere else. I placed the order on the bank holiday weekend Friday evening so it took until Tuesday morning to get a confirmation. But from then on the order was processed very quickly and despatched and delivered on the estimated day, as promised. Well packaged and all in order. I was able to check the order status on the website, although unable to track the delivery progress (as they use Royal Mail). I am yet to try the product as it is a gift but after this experience hopefully customer support will be good as well in case anything goes wrong!

Customer support is poor to say the least. When you phone they they will update you about orders placed with a diffrent company. i can only say that they are more then unhelpfull and do not want to understand how they are in the wrong when they update you on an order of a diffrent company. Will avoid Dabs and recommend others do the same. there word stand for Nothing they will confirm you're order to be cancelled and no paymend will be taken only to take money and deliver the order 2 months late.

Constant problems with orders not properly tracking they only show a small amount of the value of the order. Whether this is DABS or Quidco I do not know. All I know is I get lots of problems with things I order via Quidco

Took two years to get money form them nearly March 2011 received after constant chasing up in Jan 2012, so therefore if your not in a rush use DABS.com

I've had 2 purchases from dabs: one didn't track, I had to raise a claim, still waiting for it to go through several months later; the other didn't track, and I've now missed the narrow window to raise a claim... Decent company but seems very poor on the cashback front.
