ordered phone cleared my cookies and it tracked but then order was declind no reason giving £100 cashback lost I would not have bought the phone if not for the cashback this company is to much of a gamble would aviod at all costs as others have said
Wrong amount of claimwas tracked. advertised claim was &pound;100/- and tracked amount &pound;50/-. When I raised a claim for &pound;100/-. It was automatically changed to &pound;50/-. When I raised matter with quidco, I was advised that claim amount will changed when confirmed. I was paid &pound;45/- which was fast payment. When i raised with quidco, they are asking please provide same claim details which are within the system again. I am not sure whose fault it is retailer or quidco. If do not get rest of &pound;55/-, I am saying bye, bye quidco.
What a hassle, only purchased phone due to cash back making it within my budget. Had to return item due to faulty mobile n was sent a replacement in 7 days which was good, but now my cash back has been declined...too much hassle not worth it....did they expect me to keep a faulty phone? Quidco took 7 months to come back with an aswer, dialaphone say its quidco and vice versa. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
Fair price on phones, but don't expect to get any cash back paid into your Quidco account. Claim was refused by Dialaphone stating that my order was 'cancelled or amended'. Certainly not the case, and despite Quidco's efforts, Dialaphone still won't honour their offer. Have also tried emailing their 'customer service' but have never received a reply.
Despite Quidco's efforts over many months cashback was declined on my most recent phone purchase and the retailer did not provide any explaination. The in-contract main-in cashback claims seem to be working ok though.
Cashback declined, Dialaphone claim they can't trace my order. I've given all necessary reference numbers plus there's only two people in the country with my name so you'd think it would be quite easy to trace! This is the only company I've ever had problems with on Quidco, my advice is to avoid Dialaphone.
Cash back did not track, had to raise claim but the phone was delivered quickly and the amount of cashback was good. After raising a claim they finally tracked and paid the cashback, so I would still recommend the retailer to friends and family.

Reputable company - fast and efficient service. Has always honoured cashbacks related to previous purchases. Only downside was their preferred courier company who saw fit to deliver my package to a neighbour without notifying me.
I was a littler hesitant to go with Dial-a-phone after reading a few reviews here, but got a good deal for a Samsung Galaxy S2 with Vodafone and £70 cashback was tracked, confirmed and paid to me within 2 months. So I would highly recommend.
thello there i recently got a 24 month phone contract from dial(a)phone
which costs £26 pounds per month and one month free insurance from Dial(a)cover which after one month goes up to £6.99 per month from then. i just got a message through halifaxes paper free document saying TMTI are trying to take over £18 from my account and no where in my entire contract does it say that TMTI are alowed to take that money seeing as the monthly charge for my insurance im well confused。 they took the insurance payment two times from my bank cost me nearly 40 quid
Ordered Samsung S3 mini for my son, good service received form Dialaphone. No problems with phone or delivery. £70 cashback originally tracked as £50 as advised then another £20 tracked. Payments are now showing as confirmed & looking forward to received my payment on the next run from Quidco. It is apprx 6 weeks since ordering.

Fast delivery, brilliant cashback and quidco cashback. Only downside is the con with having to sign up for tech support - somewhere in the small print you get it for free first month and are then charged 6 months in advance automatically if you dont cancel. If its not something you ever use (like me) you then forget to cancel and get stung - big con and there is no negotiation about it after.
I havent had any problems with tracking. They did it in two stages --> tracked £20 then £50, then paid in full within 3 months.
Very happy, could be quicker but got my cashback and customer service at Dialaphone is outstanding.
They have some very good deals had several phones from them over the last 5-6 years and have always delivered promptly.
Cash back from DAP is normally turned around within 10 working days at the very latest (only had 1 claim [made 25+ claims to date] which took longer as it posted during busy Christmas time and it reached them about a week after it should have done so technically not their fault).
They have a good online site to check when cash back is due and which bill to send in and the expiry date for that claim just to be on safe side always send claim using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
I had a great experience with Dial a phone and would not hestiate to use them again in the future! I ordered my phone and it arrived the very next day!

have always got my phone contracts from Dialaphone as the Quidco is excellent and the cashback claims from Dialaphone are easy and quick. They are quick to dispatch items (next day usually) and i would go back to them again and again.
on the most recent occasion when ordering for a relative the cashback only paid £50 instead of £100 from Quidco but when I raised a claim they resolved it in no time and paid me what I was due
Purchased a contract from them in January 2013, great deal with a free xbox and claim back cash back through dial a phone (£40) and then on top of that £50 from Quidco. Payment was made 60 days later. One thing to remember that they add gadget help line to your order with a free trail for 1 month then £24.00 every 6 months i didnt cancel this because i heard they wont pay your cashback through quidco if you do so research that.
£100 cashback advertised. The iPhone was purchased following click through from this site, but Dialaphone declined a couple of months later claiming the transaction wasn't tracked. I provided follow up reference documentation to prove purchase, but to no avail. Quidco have declined to publish my review twice promising to get it looked into. Last update was 1 December. Not very impressive.
Placed an order through Dialaphone as I have dealt with them before and cashback offer was okay. Their system rejected the claim, so I submitted evidence. After several weeks claim has been rejected. Don't bother ordering unless you are prepared to forget about your cashback!!
Quick to dispatch Galaxy SIII on Orange, quick to track and paid cashback. The only downside is they sign you up to their technical help thingy - which charges you for 6 months's service after a month if you don't cancel! But otherwise brilliant service!

However, 10 months later I'm still waiting for them to complete their side of the bargain and pay the cash back. This was after my order didn't track and they subsequently declined the support claim I raised. Thanks to the fantastic service and persistence from the customer team at Quidco it does look like dialaphone will eventually pay out. So back to my original question and answer - find another mobile supplier with a better track record through the Quidco user reviews
Very quick delivery. Brand new handset. Connection was easy with Vodafone but took time to transfer my old number from 3G (who is a rubbish mobile service provider - the worst I've use anywhere in the world). Dialaphone rates were very competitive at the time of purchase. Good service but I do recommend to shop around.
This company has denied my cashback according to Quidco even though I took a new mobile phone contract out with them. I have supplied all the necessary details to Quidco however it seems that Dial a phone only accept 1 Query.
Personally I believe that there seems to be some mis- promotion going on here and I will being passing on the details to the BBC for them to investigate.
In the meantime I am stuck with a 24 month contract and no cashback as promised
Declined all my cash back, £80 originally tracked at £50, which was declined so had to raise 2 claims, one for the £50 declined, one for the £30 shortfall, 17 months later, I got the £50, still awaiting outcome of the £30. All in all pathetic. Don't count on getting your cash!
Keeping it short and sweet, I have no complaints at all. Excellent product, Excellent delivery and excellent service. All in all, well chuffed, and even more chuffed now my cashback has been confirmed. Would well recommend.
My cashback for the purchase of a PAYG phone tracked quickly (as it had done with the 2 previous orders), but although this one has taken a considerable number of months to become confirmed, I'm more than satisfied with Dial-A-Phone (aka Carphone Warehouse) and the Quidco Team. Now just have to wait for Qudico's next payment run which should be tomorrow (Thursday) :)
I was wary of using an online mobile phone retailer (such as Dialaphone) as I've always previously gone in-store.
However, I ordered two Samsung Galaxy S3's (separate transactions for double the cashback!) in December which were received in a couple days as promised. I did have to contact Dialaphone regarding my order but only because they had an issue with delivery to my work address which was fair enough.
In terms of the cashback, it was tracked almost straightaway (at the lower amount) and I now have a payment pending from Quidco for the full amount. So it's only been about 5-6 weeks which is fine by me!
I got £100 Cashback via Quidco on an already unbelievably cheap Orange Galaxy S3 contract deal (£22pm after 4 months free line rental by redemption) with Dial-a-Phone, so I am really happy.
What's more, when my S3 took a slight knock and developed a dead pixel right in the middle of the screen 35 days after I got it, Dial-a-Phone gave me a new one even though I was outside of the initial 28 day warranty replacement period and they should have sent it for repair
Overall, I am really happy and can't rate Dial-a-Phone and their customer service highly enough - very helpful and professional and responded quickly by email when I had a problem.
The Quidco Cashback deal was £100, but it tracked as two lots of £50 with about a gap of about 3-4 weeks in between before the second £50 started tracking. This means it won't get paid at the same time, but no problem, it's free money after all
There is a lot of bad press about dialaphone but my experience has been excellent. Tracked in 2 parts but payment of both un just under 2 months. Got a great deal on a great galaxy s3 for the wife. Just need to hope that the redemptions come through.
Be aware! if you cancel the 'Gadget Helpline' this company adds onto your order when you receive the confirmation email you will not get your cashback. The sneaky way they get round it is to not track your transaction even though Quidco has tracked it for you. This appers to be the same problem as others have found. Quidco needs to put it as a warning when dealing with people like this
I purchased a contract mobile but dialaphone but have denied the cash back claim 2 twice without any good reason. This is on top other troubles which first starts from delayed delivery of the order, then goes on put the order on hold, then they ask for deposit, then they asked for passport for identity verification. Worst customer service, better watch out and think do really need to use dialaphone, I would not recommend them at all.

I'd like to quickly mention that I made this purchase on my old mobile phone which involved some zooming but it all worked out.
Tracked within minutes and confirmed 6 weeks after purchase. The pack that the phone came in was full of useful docs but I preferred to use their blog and gadget helpline to research more about the top features of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (highly recommend, if just for the 3 day battery).
Unfortunately dialaphone did not agree to pay the cash back and rejected the claim twice before agreeing to pay. Although the product and cost was good the delay to the cash back did make me regret using them. Will i use them in the future? I'm not sure I will
dialaphone always have the best deals on phones and offer cheap 12month contracts that no other supplier will touch. Tracked quickly and phone delivered next day. Payment was ontime also cant believe a few have had any bad experiances. Have used dialaphone on 4 occasions now
I always use DialaPhone for my mobile phone contracts because of their deals and cashback offers during the contract. This was the first time I'd gone through Quidco and the cashback rate was better than most competitors, tracked quickly and has been paid just over a month from purchase.
Cash back tracked almost immediately. Cash payment in just under 7weeks. 2nd best phone deal I could find, but the first was with a real dodgy money-back deal site.
Phone delivered very quickly.
All in all, a great deal & would definitely deal with these guys again.
Took out a 2yr contract for a samsung galaxy 2 for myself (previously on PAYG) through dialaphone they declined cashback of £50.00 as the had "no trace " wish I had chosen another retailer, will never buy through them again no matter how good the cashback supposedly offered.

Took out an iphone contract for my wife with £50 cashback. Took over 6 months to get a response, at which point they declined it. They claimed the contract had been amended or cancelled. My Wife is still paying her contract the only thing she changed was the 'tech support - free for one month' - what a joke, who actually wants something like that for an iphone? My Nan maybe, but then she'd get a phone with big buttons and wouldn't need 'tech support'
At no point was mentioned when we took the contract out, it really annoys me how companies like this are sooo generous to give you a free trial, more like a free stitch up. These guys are slippery, and hope that most people will just give up on it.
