I am a fan of Dorothy Perkins and shop with them regularly both online and in store. They regularly have discount offers and their clothes are of comparable quality to other high street brands.
In terms of cash back, they initially track promptly. However, it has taken over 18 months for cash back to be paid.
I'd recommend shopping here if you like the products but are in no rush to see your cash back.
DO NOT USE!!!! Like hundreds of others I'm waiting on cashback from almost a year ago. What angers more is that Quidco still accept them as a retailer, and then have the cheek to claim that cash back claims average 7 months!!
Sort it out Quidco!
Shop with dorothy perkins all the time and find their delivery and packaging excellent, the instore service however can be lacking because I try and keep a conversation going with the staff but they seem to busy having a conversation.
The site is easy to use and returns and exchanges are fairly simple.
The cashback experience however has been atrocious I am still waiting on payment from transactions of this time last year which Is annoying considering the amount of money I am waiting on.
Just got a declined for our purchases from last month. If it was more money, I'd definitely go to the effort of complaining, but perhaps this is exactly the reason they feel they can get away with it.
So, you buy some things on your home PC, have clicked on the quidco link, then shop and complete the purchase...can anyone at Quidco explain how DP gets away with declining it?

Terrible - would not recommend. After waiting for purchase made on Feb 2012 my claim has today been denied (more than a year later!). I don't seem able to raise a claim. I have no idea why the cashback was not honoured as I kept the items ,which were paid for in full at time of purchase. Shocking customer service. Will not use again ever. I have not had this issue with any other retailers on Quidco.
I too am still waiting on cashback on multiple purchases from Dorothy Perkins, dating back to March 2011. I have given up any hope on getting any of getting it! Also, even though each item is tracked individually, is appears that if you return an item from an order, the cashback for the entire order will be declined.
Come on Quidco, sort it out!
It is ridiculous that DP are on quidco and advertising cashback! I am still waiting for cashback from Nov 2011. If a retailer does not want to pay cashback then they should be on a cashback site - simple as that really!
I have one cashback claim waiting from October 2011. I ordered from them again 2 weeks ago, they sent the wrong dress so they re ordered it again and sent another wrong dress! I was hoping to wear it on holiday but it did not come in time after all their errors. The customer service was appalling, kept ignoring me, giving me false promises. I wouldn't use this again if I can help it!!

Quidco need to update their payment speed details for this retailer because 7 months is extremely inaccurate-I have been waiting over double this time!

I have been waiting for cashback from this retailer since 2011. The cashback tracked quickly but has never changed from "tracked". Quidco haven't chased or attempted to get me the cashback.This retailer needs to be removed from Quidco.
Slightly frustrating how slow it is for Dorothy Perkins to confirm cashback. Waiting on average 6+ months. Sometimes I don't even bother buying online and go straight to the shop as cashback is so slow - doesn't seem to be worth the effort.
Their pick up from store service is poor as well - staff usually clueless where parcels are kept and often wait at least 20mins for them to locate parcel
I love Dorothy Perkins and shop their regularly - they often have promotions online with up to 25% off and free delivery and their delivery times are very quick, with the option of free returns.
BUT be warned, you will not receive any cashback from them - I am still waiting for cashback on several purchases the oldest dating back to September 2011!!!
03/01/12 - I would like to add that Quidco have done a fantastic job and managed to chase up my cashback from Dorothy Perkins between Sep 2011 - March 2012 which is now confirmed. Many thanks!

Still waiting for cashback for every single purchase ever made
Were my favourite retailer, half my wardrobe from them, bombarded at least three or four times a week emails showing me latest offers. Disgusted they don't give any effort into paying cash back but want me to buy buy buy. Sickened to hear about their participation in a recent work scheme. Not another penny from me unless they sort themselves out.
I am still waiting for cashback from 2011!! I have made a cashback claim with Quidco to get it sorted out. Also if you return part of an order, DP cancel the entire cashback instead of a proportion of the order that was returned.
Still waiting for cash back for 6 purchases I made in April 2012!!!!
It states an average of less than 7 months - 7 months isn't acceptable really but 11 months? Very poor.
Quidco are looking into this for me but be aware.
I just received my cashback from DP after 2 months - very different experience to most people on here.
In saying that my purchase didn't get tracked, so I had to raise a claim. Perhaps this is why I received it much quicker?

Still waiting in March 2013 for confirmation and payment in respect of items purchased May 2012 . From reading other reviews it seems this is all too common. Could it be the single person in this company who deals with Quidco has left and not been replaced?
Nine months after the cashback tracked and I am still waiting for my 92p. Do they not realise that they are losing repeat business for the sake of a measly 92p?
If they don't want to pay the money - don't sign up with Quidco and then we can simply go elsewhere for our purchases - to retailers who DO pay.
But why don't Quidco challenge them on this??? Surely they have enough muscle nowadays to pick and choose their retailers?
Compared to other retailers I find Dorothy Perkins very slow to pay. They have just confirmed the 1st payment for items I bought last year, which might be within the Quidco terms but is still in my opinion an awful long time to wait. They also don't appear to pay in date order, I have older transactions from them that haven't been paid.
I purchased items in December 2011, it's now March 2013 and I'm still waiting for my cashback! I would love to know how 100% of customers receive cashback within 180 days when so many people have written reviews on here to say they've been waiting a lot longer than that! Seriously... why bother offering cashback?!
Purchase tracked but cashback hasn't arrived after 9 months of waiting. It does clearly state this retailer pays AFTER 180 days, however it really is a waiting game - don't expect payment from the retailer very quickly. I tend to agree with other posts - if the retailer has no intention of paying up in a reasonable time, why do they even offer cashback?
I love dorothy perkins but they just do not pay! The cash back will never come through. I have orders with them from months ago and they've never sent the money. The cashback is always tracked but it never gets back to quidco. It's a real let down Dorothy Perkins!
As with others on here, Dorothy Perkins are showing appalling service here, that fact you have to wait over 9 months to get paid is ridiculous! Quidco need to get DP to sign up to a faster paying agreement as Debenhams have done.
Still waiting for cash back from October 2011 purchases. It's now 2013! Also instore checkins rarely work. Claims I'm not in the store even when I'm standing next to the till in the middle of the first floor! I rarely have problems in other stores. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and shop somewhere else.
Title says it all really! I always buy through Quidco, although I'm not sure why I bother. Tracks quickly but they just don't pay out. Very disappointing. Their customer service is also appalling, the absolute pits. But I really like their products so can't boycott them! Sadly!

I have four separate orders going back as far at October 2011, all tracked fine but no sign of payment, don't bother but keep a eye out for discount codes there is usually something available on quidco or elsewhere.
I have used the Dorothy Perkins site via Quidco a number of times and every time it tracks without an issue and the goods are received promptly. Returns are also simple and free.
However, I've never yet received any payments from Dorothy Perkins orders. I have some that are still outstanding since March 2011.
So you will be very lucky to receive any cash back so don't factor this in to any purchases
I order from Dorothy Perkins regularly through Quidco. Sometimes it doesn't track. When it does it sits on my activity for over a year (currently have one dated back to July 2011) and then when it does do anything it declines. Sort it out!
Every time I have bought something from Dorothy Perkins through Quidco it hasn't been paid out. It has tracked (although I had to manually do it) but it always declines.
It tracked for nearly a year before it got declined!
Utterly pointless in using Quidco with Dorthy Perkins. It's less bother to just use a discount card! I'm not really sure why Quidco bother with Dorothy Perkins and judging by the other comments I'm not the only one who feels that way!

Haven't received a penny! Not worth the hassle of going through Quidco
I love Dorothy Perkins as a retailer, their clothes are good and last unlike some others. However, they are rubbish at cashback. Quidco have had to chase and I still haven't received it after 11 months. I'll continue to use them because I love their clothes, but will probably look for discount codes that are applied immediately at checkout rather than going through Quidco in future.
I'm still waiting for the cashback tracked in 5 different transactions in 2011. Considering the other reviews, I highly doubt the statistics from this page: "Cashback claim payment speed

Now waiting for 4 months for cash back on various purchases from Dorothy Perkins!!! Why do companies sign up to this site if they are not willing to pay the cash back in a timely manner, I am sure if the shoe was on the other foot they would have something to say about it!!!!!
It took me over a year to get my cashback. I emailed Quidco and they got it paid within 48 hours. I will still shop at Dorothy Perkins through Quidco, as its always better to get something back, even if I have to wait for it!
July 11 and nothing, i am owed over 40.00 as i buy a lot and had to get quidco to chase it up and things are moving on. This is dorothy perkins as there useless with customer service too, so if you shop with them folllow ur quidco or you wont get it.
I contacted quidco and they got me my September 2011 cashback paid, they couldn't do anything about all my other though as a year hasn't passed. Why should the retailer need a year to pay cashback? Like said by another member, they probably hope that we forget so they don't have to pay us.
I did get the products when I was told I would and they are very good however by the time I get my cash back they will have definitely gone out of fashion!! Can't believe some people haven't had the cash back from July last year! Looks like I'll be waiting a while longer!!
Received wrong items to those that I had ordered, paid for next day delivery but did not arrive for 5 working days (despite phone enquiries) and still have not had my cash back confirmed (order placed November 2011).
