Cashback not paid. I bought the policy and still have the policy. When I made a claim because it had not tracked I was declined with the reason being: "We have now had a response from the retailer and Im afraid that they have declined your claim on this occasion as the commission for the referral has been paid elsewhere." Whatever that means. Will not be buying from them ever again ...
