Very happy with the price plan we're on and the cashback is a welcome bonus. It took 5 months from purchase to payment (had to raise claim), but hey - it's free money. I imagine there were teething problems which seem to have been rectified judging on the recent reviews. We were without internet for 10 days during the changeover from sky - but this also happened when we changed to sky in the first place so I'm pretty sure this was down to BT. EE sent money to buy a 3G dongle to use whilst it was fixed and gave us 2 months free. New router is great - especially like the file sharing feature (you can plug in a hard drive which can be used by anybody on the network; great for media sharing). Mixed experience with customer service.. sometimes can be waiting 30 minutes, sometimes straight through. Overall recommended for the price-driven patient customer.

Extremely pleased. £100 cashback to switch from PlusNet. I get the same line synch speed but the EE connection is occasionally slower. I can live with that for a lower monthly cost (I am also a T Mobile customer) and £100 back. It did take some time to track and pay but came through without me having to do anything. Takes about 3 months.

Switch-over from Sky was relatively easy and painless and since I was already a mobile customer, got a good deal price-wise. Since it's all based on BT Openreach, there's no real distinction between the services and have not had to call EE in the past 3+ months that I've been with them. The level of cashback offered was the seller for the service. Cashback didn't track for almost the full 90 days but once it did, it was confirmed and paid in full in about 8 days. One happy Quidco user here :)

EE Broadband w/ £100 cashback offer : First off , I took up this offer on Feb 04th 2013 and has just tracked this morning 23/04/2013 so please be aware that it does take 60 days+ to track but have faith , it will do. OK about the service . Self-Install and activation was faultless. I dont have the problems that some EE users have with regards to speed drops etc. Mine is consistant and stable. I think people having these problems are those that are in over subscribed areas. My only complaint with the EE service and the reason i did not give it five stars is the telephone customer services its absolutely dire. Coming from BT where you get through to CS instantly it was quite a shock to be on hold for 20 minutes sometimes waiting to get through to speak to someone even for the smallest query. If this was rectified the whole service would be faultless. Dont forget if you have a T-Mobile or Orange contract you can also get an additional £5 off a month. My total bill is £19 inc broadband and line rental - the £100 cashback my net bill per month for the year is £10.67 which doesnt even cover a BT line rental fee i dont know how orange are making any money off this but thats their choice at how much they charge. All in all 7/10 - would be 10/10 if not for the poor customer service queues. UPDATE : Confirmed a few hours after tracking. Thanks Quidco . One of my best quidco deals ever !

Setup was easy. Speed has been great (faster than Talk Talk) and have had no problems with reliability. Price is good as well so overall would def recommend EE. Cashback is taking a while though, 4 months and counting ...

Took a long time for cashback to track, had to submit a claim. Very poor in that respect. Service has been 1st class so far. Internet was fitted timely. is faster than i expected. never had issues with speed/caps etc however i've yet to use the dreaded customer service

The good EE customer service is quite good, once you get to 2nd or 3rd level support. 1st line is the same or similar to other service providers (TalkTalk). Once I got to through to 2nd/ 3rd line, my service issues was looked at properly, and actually got a BT engineer booked to sort out the issue. BT eventually arrived, and agreed with my diagnostic, and fixed the issue. My speed moved from 1mb down/ 0.5 up, to 5.5mb down/ 1.5mb up, out of a possible 8mb. Very happy :) Once cash back was tracked, cash back confirmed was quite quick... 10 days. Bad 1st line is quite bad, they didn't help much and ask to test and re-test the same thing. Router is ok, not really very fast, but look ok and does the job. Ugly Quidco will only track if you call the help line and follow instructions. Tracking only happened in the 4th month (after raising a claim, but not sure if this helped, as the claim raised is still showing while a separate line showed up for tracked cash back. Hope this helps

Aftersales care is absolutely diabolical, they sign you up for your money and then don't listen. I have a very poor connection which frequently drops. I have done nothing but chase EE up only to receive empty promises of a callback and resolution. I was assured that I would receive a credit on my account and specifically asked for it to be noted on my file as I know how these organisations operate. They later came back to me to say that there is no evidence of a credit being agreed. Whats worse is that nothing has been done about my line or my connection. I was promised 5 - 7.5Gb when they did a line test to sign me up, but I get no more than 2.5Gb at the best of times!!!

Did not track as had to quote a code when ordering over phone, submitted a manual claim and this has been confirmed within 3 weeks of claim sent, just awaiting payment now. Faster broadband than my previous supplier, so no complaints here

The broadband/telephone service is good. Except if a problem occurs or one wishes to speak to customer services, then expect to be on the telephone for up to 2 hours at a time. Cash back had to keep being chased and it took 5 months to receive.

I ordered broadband and home phone from EE at the end of August last year after seeing an offer on Quidco and had the services "swiched on" in October (which I thought was an excessively long wait but thought it would be worth it partly due to the cashback). I say "swiched on" because there was no installation as such as nobody came to my property, but I was charged a £60 installation fee which I disputed without success. Five months after ordering I'm still waiting for my cashback. EE's home phone and broadband services work as well as other providers I have used, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. This is my first experience of using a cashback site and quite frankly I don't think I'd bother again. In future I would always choose a product based on it's regular price and not make the cashback a consideration.

Cashback wasn't track. Open claim after 60days, took another 2weeks to track and now it has been 3months still not confirmed. Don't know how long more got to wait it to become confirmed and got further wait for it become payable. May be by the time I got the cashback is end of my contract if I lucky or they might have to threaten to continue another 12months inorder to get the cashback !!! hahaha...!!!! Previously use talk-talk, been complain about the speed but orange/ee even worst!!! too bad have to wait 12months for the contract end before can change to better broadband speed. Wish me luck.

easy process. call and give your details,tracks quick + pays quick(less than 2 months).the broadband itself is really easy, just plug in/switch on, search for the signal and away you go. speed is at least as fast as any other broadband i have tried.

Excellent service from Orange. Very good value package. All equipment arrived on time. Change over went through very smoothly and on the date promised. Broadband service seems fine, and just as quick as my previous provider. No problems here. The staff at the call centre, are knowledgable, polite and pleasant. Cash back has been received at Quidco, so should be paid to me soon. First purchase on cash back web site, so unsure as to what to expect, but actual cash back from Orange seems to be quick enough. All in all a good experience.

where do i start, well ordered through the phone and they were very pleasant, i got what i thought was a good deal. first off my broadband switched over and the speeds and quality of service was not very good at all compared to bt whom i was with. i thought never mind i know it takes time to bed in and all but even after that it was not very good,ive dropped 2mb and that is alot when you live out in the sticks. Then the router decided to pack up ( bear in mind that this is only just over 2 weeks of use) which i think is not acceptable in this day and age. it took three weeks for them to deliver a router which should of been on a 48hr delivery ( says it all really when it cost me money to buy a router just to get THERE broadband). Even with a new router which is suppose to work properly im still down on speed. Now im not a novice when it comes to computers, i cant see for the life of me how a neighbour (20 yards away)can get 6.5mb and i get 3.5mb from the same exchange is beyond me. they tried to tell me that it wouldn't be the same exchange ect, utter rubbish. After three weeks they decided to take over my phone line, which i find a bit weird as i thought they would of done both at the same time as it was a all in one order. Back to the internet now and the quality is terrible, even trying to watch youtube at a low 240p it buffers, i cant listen to my internet radio without it buffering every now and then. All in all i wish i had not changed to orange(EE) and either stayed with bt or gone to another provider, its such a shame my exchange is not unbundled. sorry rant over. As far a quidco went it went really well as this is the first time i have used it and am very pleased with it, shame orange/ee coudlnt take a note of there book.

terrible service, too slow and tried to give different promotion than what we wanted. then we had to find the promotion code to process our claim, surely this is their job not ours to ring around for information they should have. awful

Very poor on keeping their promise of cashback. I bought this product in September 2011. I have literally had to keep Quidco staff fully engaged for them to be able to get this cashback out of Orange (even though I continue to use the service till date)...very very poor. I was contemplating complaining directly to Orange and cancelling the product. I have not had time to check out other providers, when i do, I will probably leave them. Poor. George

signed up to orange as i had used them a few years ago when they had taken over freeserve. The sales team knew what to do in regards to Quickco and i had my order completed in 30min or less around about. The service also went live when promised i will recommend anyone to sign up with orange.
