Raised a claim after Eurostar declining the cashback and provided evidence of the transaction to Quidco but still declined. Seems to be happening to a lot of people and Eurostar need to sort it out. Not good!!

Tracked within 24 hrs, and confirmed within average time. Booked a Disneyland Paris package, great prices (cheaper than Disney direct) and service from Eurostar.

Didn't track so had to complete the usual claim form that we all know and love. After that took about 3 months to track but at least it did unlike many others!

I have made two Eurostar bookings through Quidco following the relevant procedures and both have been declined. It is particularly annoying that I cannot get a reason for the refusal to pay even though I have supplied all the information requested.

I have to keep an eye everytime I purchase with Eurostar, most of the time I have to raise a claim which is then accepted.
