Avoid at all costs , failed to deliver as promised didn't offer compensation straight away, I had to call them and bargain for compensation which they ruined again by sending a letter to my house (Opened by my wife) confirming sending another bouquet on Valentines day rather than sending a confirmation by email as requested. I would encourage you to deal directly with the local florist rather than dealing with this company

Tracking failed, item ordered was pretty much dead on arrival. When I complained they just ignored it. I lodged a ticket on Quidco about the failed tracking and Flowers Direct denied the claim. So rubbish all round really. They used to be good but now I can't trust flowers direct.

Ordered some flowers for my wife for Christmas, and when they arrived half of the flowers appeared dead to say the least, however, I thought with some water and plant food it may rejuvenate them...how wrong was I! Contacted Flowers Direct to let them know of my displeasure of the flowers and they offered me a replacement bunch or refund. Thinking that they couldn't possibly be any worse than the first time, I accepted the replacement bunch. Sadly, they weren't much better than the first, and I again contacted them to let them know how disappointed i was AGAIN!! In the end up I received my money back, so can't complain, but would not recommend anyone go through the same as I did, especially for a special occasion! Stick to your local supermarket flowers (or M&S flowers if you like online orders ;) )
