Always read the fine print!!! I was using the voucher that gave £30 back on return flights and £5 cash back. Cash back was in my bank account by that week, but I never received the £30 discount on flights. And if you don't notice it before confirming then you lose it!!

I was quite disappointed to learn, that after booking my flights with flythomas cook on 22/01/13 because the sale was ending that evening, the next day they continued with the sale, but the flights had actually decreased in price. How annoying is that!!!

We have just returned from Spain and flew with Thomas Cook. The airline staff and crew were extremely polite and helpful and the flights were very reasonable in cost compared to others which fly to our destination. Just booked our flight for Greece for next year and they were £250 cheaper than the next cheapest including meals, baggage and seat allocation. Cashback was also confirmed within 24 hours.
