Tracked and paid quickly although the standard delivery is not very quick and it is expense to upgrade to quicker deliveries. Good Range of unusual products so as long as you are shopping well ahead of when you need the product i would recommend.

Ordered an item in October for a xmas gift. Did not arrive until November and was missing an instructions manual & dvd which were essential to the products use. After many messages which they like to ignore and phone calls at my cost I eventually managed to find a pdf manual online, something they seemed unable to do despite saying they would. When we eventually got round to using the product I found a part was broken so the item had to be returned which I suspect someone else had already done which was why the manual & dvd were missing. The tracked return has been with them for over a week. They are ignoring my daily messages asking about my replacement or refund. Will never use them again!!!
