Not a huge amount to add. Cashback eventually paid but required claim which took a while to resolve. But it was paid in the end which is what matters, I guess.

Didn't track so had to raise a claim. 3 months later the cashback was confirmed. There are better bookmakers to use if you want to set up an account and get cashback quickly, Ladbrokes were very slow

Ok you do get your money back but you have to chase it. The sign on bonus is very misleading and you should watch out for the unclear website advise

Agree with the earlier review. Ladbrokes seem to have deliberately offered the cash back to lure as many poor souls into betting away the first £20 in a single bet! Still no cash back and no sight or news of any. Try William Hill, they paid within a week and as a consequence, I'm happy to gamble away my hard earnt money with them instead :-)

The cash back did not automatically track, so I had to go through the manual process. Did win £50 on my free bets though, so overall came out £75 up.

The cashback did not track. Had to send lots of proof and details regarding bets etc. Finally after 6 months received my cashback. It was not worth the messing about for only £30. Would I use Ladbrokes again??? Nope!

Used Chrome as a browser to continue onto Ladbrokes, but this didn't track. Had to then raise a claim, which then after a few months was tracked, and then finally paid out. From the initial purchase date (account setup), and including the claim process, payment took 3-4 months. Again, this issue (I imagine) is not the fault of either Quidco or Ladbrokes. I have also had other purchases not track when using the Google Chrome browser. Since this issue I have now used Mozilla Firefox for all my Quidco purchase/referrals and every single one of them has tracked with no issues. Hope this helps.

I spent a lot of time having to prove the transaction occured and then they gave £30 cashback instead of £50. Poor service.

Still waiting for cashback 7 months on, very poor service and really am not at all confident I will ever receive it. Get odd email stating this is taking longer than usual - youre not kidding.

My cashback did not originally track so had to raise a cashback claim .. 6 months on and still not recieved anything, everytime I chase there is a message saying they are taking longer than normal to track.

Over 7 months and still waiting for cashback. Get the occasional support ticket saying this retailer is taking longer than usual. This intentional avoidance of paying cashbach reflects negatively on Ladbrokes as a whole in my eye. Avoid this one. If you ever get the cashback by the it'll end up being used to pay recurring years Quidco fees!
