I chose Laura Ashley because I knew that I would be buying a quality product, not only was the colour perfect to match with all the other decor in our newly decorated bedroom but the quilt cover and pillow cases were such lovely quality making for a very comfortable nights sleep. We are both very happy with our purchase and would certainly recommend Laura Ashley for the speed of delivery and the service I received in store when I went to collect it as the staff are just so lovely.

Great products and quality is sound but very slow to deliver and poor communication. Buy in store if you can and expect a long wait for made to measure items, including simply things like cushions and lampshades.

I bought a couple of sofa's from Laura Ashley in their sale. Purchase tracking was very quick, delivery was well within the timeframe they gave me at point of purchase and the sofa's are VERY comfortable. All in all a great purchase and a happy shopper :)

We have purchase many home items from Laura Ashley over the years and I believe that the quality of their products is deteriorating but the price remains high. Don't be fooled into thinking that what used to be a prestige name and a high price necessarily mean good quality and value for money! We had some issues with curtain poles being not up to standard and their Customer Service Department were rude, unhelpful, evasive etc etc Sadly I now think that the Customer Service issue together with quality issues mean that we have used Laura Ashley for the last time.

Bought my daughter a beautiful duvet cover in the sale and got cashback too - bonus! Quilt arrived day after I ordered it - cashback was around 2.5/3 months but as it wasn't listed as a fast payer I wasn't fussed. Very happy with the service provided.

Good rate of cashback for buying from Laura Ashley. The product bought is of a lovely quality. It took a while to track and I had to raise a claim as the item I bought could be refunded within 3 months so I think they were waiting for that period to be over before they produced the money. Would use again.

I bought a few cardigans in the Laura Ashley sale in November 2012. It's now January 2013 and I've just received the payment. Tracking was great as was the service. I know Laura Ashley is pricey and I usually avoid it unless there's a coupon code and a sale on! That said, the quality is fantastic and their designs are traditional and pretty. Definitely recommended!

Takes forever for the cash back however, i think this one may have been quicker than the rest! Customer service I've experienced recently is appalling. Besides other issues, I now have to wait another 8 weeks for my replacement bed - I'm just hoping this one won't be faulty like the last one!
