Oct5, 2012 Update: Cashback confirmed by Lenovo on Sep 27 and in my account from Quidco on the 28th. It took three months so slow but at least they finally paid. I bought a Lenovo T430 on June 27 and as it had not tracked, I contacted Quidco. They then raised a claim on August 18. It is now Sep 14, 2012 and still no payment has been made. It's over two months now since I bought the laptop and almost a month since the claim was raised so I don't think that is very fast and there has not been any feedback as to what is happening with the claim. The laptop and docking station were shipped separately and are both excellent. The delivery was faster than they stated but I was not expecting it that fast so missed the delivery attempts. I called Lenovo about changing the delivery date or delivering it to my neighbour and they said to contact the shipping company. When I contacted them, they said only Lenovo could change that. This resulted in me having to do a 100 mile return trip to Northampton as the shipper would not send it to another depot that was closer to my house.
