First time I've used Quidco, saw the £18 offer and thought would give it a try. Was easy to sign up (as already had Amazon account), watched a few films, cancelled easily online and money has already been paid.
Have to say was rather disappointed with choice of films available but was worth the free trial.

LOVEFiLM is an average service however the website needs work as it's no where near as user friendly as Netflix.
One of the major drawbacks for me was the lack of LOVEFiLM app on Apple TV as this is primarily how I access Netflix content and I would've used it much more if this was available.
Pricing is fair (I had instant only, no DVDs or Games) and in line with other services offering similar.

Watching a few series and movies which are excellent, a the streaming service is super quick and good quality.
Can cancel it whenever you want aswell, just by hitting one button.

You can't go wrong with Lovefilm as a product. I signed up as a completely new member and was very happy with the films I received. I was even given an extra free month because there was a delay in a set of discs being posted to me. I hadn't noticed, I hadn't complained, I just got an email stating they had credited my account with an extra free month.
That free month made it easier to take when the cashback was declined and then when I raised a claim manually, the retailer declined it again. I followed the rules, I qualified for the product and I had the evidence in my email but sadly, no cashback.

If you're into films, LoveFilm is probably the best. If you prefer streaming TV shows, Netflix has more to offer. However, the cashback was good, tracked quickly and paid out within a fortnight. I watched a few shows, got a free month which I cancelled within a couple of weeks and got a tidy £12 for the privilege. Not bad.

Cashback not paid. Don't know why as I am still a Lovefilm account holder! Appealed but cashback claim denied again. I would cancel Loveflm in protest but they don't really have any viable competition so stuck with them. Do not expect to be paid out on this one.

Was genuinely interested in taking up the lovefilm subscription, but the volume is terrible through the xbox and i cancelled within a few days of starting. Tracked and confirmed the £12 within days though. Well worth it.

Took up the cashback offer on 12th December, tracked within 24 hours to my account and was paid within 15 days to my account.
Took up the streaming plus 1 Disc at a time at home and in 2 months have watched 13 discs and more online without any problem.
Some of the online films are a bit dated but still a good selection.
We did have Sky Movies before, but by FAR this is a much better value for money service than SKY and you can save even more money by paying up front for the service.
Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

I went with this offer, overall tracking on Quidco is good. I used Lovefilm once I registered and watched Gnomeo & Juliet, the next day I tried to log in the site but had forgotten my password. I sent them a email asking for a new one, got a response for further info, so I replied, as yet some 20 days after the first email from them I have not had another response, so this in my case is terrible customer service from a company that is trying to compete with netflix and other instant online access sites.

Having completed a free trial for lovefilm the cash back was first contested then agreed but payment was withheld for over a year until I asked Quidco once more to contact them, I've now been told the cash back is confirmed and I'm waiting for the payment.
It doesn't matter that this was a free trial, if you're going to offer incentives for your service you have to fulfill those incentives or you will have zero credibility on cash back websites and I think this is what lovefilm deserve.

Stuck to all the rules but cashback on LoveFilm Instants was declined; watched over 120 minutes of material and kept my account open until after the renewal but no luck. I raised a claim and a month later it has been declined again. Really wish retailers had to at least provide a reason for declining a cashback claim. Also annoyed that once you cancel your LoveFilm account you can't use in any more..I've paid my subscription fee so surely I should be entitled to use it until it expires?

Did have a issue with the website being down one day. Typical as it was the one day we wanted to watch a film Although it did come back up quick.
Choice of film/programs is not really good enough for me (same with netflix). But there are some gems in there with a bit of digging around.
And a random slection can pick a good un.
Will reserve final judgment to see if the cancelation process works.

Tried LoveFilm for the free trial to see if it was worth having. Even if you cancel during the first 28 days of the free trial you get the cash back so it's a no brainer!

Cashback tracked very quickly. Confirmed and due to be paid within 2 weeks of signing up to site. No issues at all with this part of the process.
The LoveFilm streaming content is very poor. Not very many recent film titles and the tv series are really dated and limited. Unlikely I will continue with the subscription once the trial is over. There are other streaming services with better content.

Anyone that leaves a negative rating based on the "film choice being poor" etc must be off their rocker. You're rating the cashback offer not Lovefilm as a whole, £15 for a FREE trial? Why would'nt you? Tracked within 24hrs (in which time I had received my first DVD) and paid within 2 weeks. Cancelled my card details after 20 days of trial. Jobs a good en'!

Apart from the fact that Lovefilm doesn't work on Panasonnic Internet TV's (meaning i have to attach a lead from tv to laptop) the film choice is pathetic. Nothing even remotely new to watch. Of those that are available, I've never even heard of them.

Amazing payment speed, it tracked after a day or two and then confirmed almost immediately! My concern was whether it would pay before the 30 day trial ended but it has so I will enjoy the rest of the trial (film choice is fairly poor but Im catching up on some films i missed at the cinema a while ago) and then cancel

Signed up and watched the required amount of streamed videos cash back didn't track so I raised a claim, it took them almost a month to get back to me and the decision was declined because they said I didn't watch the right amount of streaming which is a lie. Film choices were poor also. Avoid at all costs.
Be sure to watch the 120 minutes in the first day!

Had a bad experience with LoveFilm. I signed up to the service and cashback tracked straight away. I was unable to watch anything in the first week and it was automatically declined. I raised a claim and watched the service in my free month. I did not continue the service after the first month.
The T&C state you only need to watch 120 minutes of streaming and people have been paid quickly on that regard. However, if you get declined, they will state you had to have made at least one payment. Fair enough, but not what the T&C stated and what other users have experienced.
ADVICE: Watch a movie on the first day and go over 120 mins, then it seems to track fine and pay out regardless of if you subscribe

While perhaps fine for DVD deliveries, Lovefilm is a terrible online streaming service. £5 per month may seem good, but the selection is abysmal. The quality is average, and the user interface is certainly nothing special. While these add up to a mediocre experience at best, my lovefilm experience has been particularly terrible because of two things. The first is that i did not get an email when my trial expired, which is absolutely terrible. However, the worst thing is that they declined my £15 cashback for no apparent reason. I have raised a dispute, but I think for starters, a "Faster Paying" cash back such as lovefilm should not take so long to take action, and that action should certainly not be to refuse payment.

I'm dithering about getting the 3d package from Sky, this is a cost effective alternative wile I decide what I want to do. For £7 a month I can stream a load of films and tv series and also get 3d dvd's through the post. Even this close to Christmas the postal service is excellent.

Speed of confirmed cashback was 12 days, delighted with that.
The speed of the discs getting sent out were really quick, the only issue is that the films aren't the most recent but the pricing was very competitive.

Didn't track for a couple of days but cashback confirmed in under a week!
I'm sure I couln't be bothered with the postal service so was hoping 'Instant' would be a good alternative. It's not - the choice of films/programmes is incredibly poor. Hardly enough I fancy seeing during my free trial far less paying monthly afterwards.

I took on the free trial, also paying for an additional month to get some horror dvd's over the Halloween period but unfortunately the streaming was so rubbish on my PS3 it was virtually unwatchable and we decided to cancel.
Now upon starting the service it said I could cancel at any time before the billing date by logging into my account on the website, in actuality when I logged in to do so it suddenly said I had to call a telephone number. Upon calling they told me I had to call them within 5 days of the billing date, which fortunately was the day I was calling, in order not to get billed. I also got told the service would get cancelled with immediate effect rather than running up until the day before the billing date like Netflix and other services I've used in the past so I asked them why I'd paid them for 4 weeks service but I would only have been using it for 3 weeks before they cancel my account they basically said because I'd got cashback for the service I had no right to complain. If they are doing this to every customer that's a heck of a lot of money they are getting off people for NOT delivering a service! And bit rich considering the primary cause of cancellation was their streaming being of such poor quality it would freeze the screen to buffer every couple of minutes...
Cashback tracked immediately, the first installment came through very fast, the other half took a little longer (about 4 weeks).
Never received payment....until 2 months after claim was put in.

Never received payment. Cashback tracked OK but after almost 3 months declined payment. When a claim was raised Lovefilm said they dont accept claims after 7 weeks! Also choice of films on free package was very poor anyway.... Have finally Received payment 2 months after claim.

I opted for the instant package. I have struggled to find anything I want to watch on there. Most of the films are at least 2 years old. Cashback was tracked the same day and confirmed in about 2 weeks.

Lovefilm took months to refuse my cashback. Quidco have queried the reason on several occasions. Lovefilm at first claimed that I had not fulfilled the requirements for the cashback. I proved that I had. Lovefilm have now refused to pay because they say they have paid it to somebody else. Quidco couldn't have done more. I have now cancelled Lovefilm. What a waste of time.

does exactly what it says on the tin , personally its not for me because i dont have a lot of time to watch films and only got it purely for the cashback, you go online and make a list of films you want to see and the films are dispatched very promptly and when you have watched them you put them in the envelope and send it back , at which point the next film is delivered , to cancel the free trial is just as simple but in the terms and conditions , to get the cashback you must have 10 titles in your viewing list and recieve at least 1 film by post

Most of the films on lovefilm are fairly old with a few recent ones but no real mind blowing films, few good old blasts from the past though. All in all a fairly average experience, ok if you have nothing else better to do.....

On my PS3 it works only when it feels like it.
Extremely poor selection (lovefilm instant).
If you order a DVD, do not expect it to be delivered within few days.

I tried at least half a dozen times to get the problems i was having with lovefilm solved.....i couldnt stream to my ps3 even though i was using the correct package etc etc.....Lovefilm just ignored me...they answered my first email with a question then when i answered they just never replied...i tried replying again and submitting new email enquiries but never got a reply....USELESS.

Signed up for the trial for some quidco cash, but was very impressed with the Lovefilm service itself. I opted for the Instant version, which was only let down by its limited range of films. Nevertheless, the series and films it does have are of excellent quality and load, almost, instantly.
A sweet further deal is a free £15 amazon gift card when you pay for the first time. I'll definitely come back one day. If not to catch up with Downton Abbey in a month or so.

It worked as it should, decent image quality, occasional buffering - But that is probably my Broadband Connection)
lots of films available - although not that many new "blockbusters" on the instant

Cant complain about the service from LoveFil, i chose the iLoveFilm (4.99pm) decent selection of films.
Cant also complain about the length of time it takes for them to track money etc, money for nothing.
I have sky hd movie package at home and feel as if the selection of movies is better on that and the on demand service so i have no need to keep iLoveFilm. If i never had sky, i would be using LoveFilm

Not good experience for me had to raise a claim for the cashback and lovefilm slow to respond. They also failed to cancel my account after the free trial even though i got an e-mail to say it was cancelled and debited my account for the month so had to ring them to get my money refunded.

Worth signing up for. Just make sure you cancel your subscription and SEND THE DVD BACK SO IT ARRIVES BEFORE THE END OF YOUR FREE TRIAL, to avoid getting charged for an additional month. I recieved £15 cashback when i did this and it was in my account within 2 weeks of cancelling the trial. Nice!
