twice now i have used these and both times i got declined, Then i go through the process of making a claim and both times came back saying cashback had been paid somewhere else! How come i never have a problem with anyone else just these and there is nothing i can do about it! and it total it was around £40.00 i've lost out on.

OK most of the time but now and then tracking declined so must go through claim process. Cashback level not bad for an airline.

How can they decline a claim when you present a booking reference? After spending a fortune on flights its nice to get even a few quid back but if you are thinking of using this lot because you might get some cash back then dont. Because you probably wont.

great but forgot that you only get cashback on the flights not the tax! so was expecting more from my flight to hk which came to £900 and only got back £6+ cash back because the tickets were only £90+

Cashback tracked within a couple of hours and the cashback was confirmed after 4-5 weeks after booking flights, so no complaints there! Yes as others have mentioned the rate is only for the actual flight cost and not the overall cost but I think that is to be expected.

OMG!!!! bought a flight for my mum on 1st dec she flies out on 24th jan however i have recieved payment on 10th jan although its not much money, i am very very happy with the speed of this transaction being paid!! thank you

Even when presented with a booking reference number Lufthansa refuse to pay. Having recieved cashback from this company before - it seems 50/50 as to whether you get anything. Annoying.

I've booked flights with Lufthansa 6 times and every one of them tracked within a few hours and were paid out within a month or two. As mentioned in another review the amount paid was based on the price of the flight only, not taxes etc but that is what I expected.

The tracking and payment of my cashback was very fast. But be aware that the 2% rate quoted is on the ticket price ONLY - not the total amount, which includes taxes, booking fees etc. I earned £1 cashback for booking two flights that in total cost about £220.
