This is one of my favourite shopping sites, it's very user-friendly and its customer services are excellent. Its delivery is always fast, and the packaging is really simple and beautiful. The cashback experience with the site has been mixed in recent times, but when it has come through, it has been satisfactory and very nice as part of a larger good shopping experience.

While a great site, invariably cash back is ALWAYS declined. While i never rely on payments when considering a purchase, it has a shockingly bad record for payments.

My last four cashback amounts were DECLINED, even when the Quidco site says cashback on ALL sales. I will use other webshops from now on. Mywardrobe are the ONLY store to ever decline my cashback!

Claim was raised as cashback was declined due to one of the items I ordered being exchanged my-wardrobe paid cashback in full after the issue/amount was resolved. Fully recommend this website due to product range, and their Loyalty points scheme is definitely worth joining for free delivery and discounts etc.

I recently bought a watch through my-wardrobe - the cashback tracked accurately and was paid within a month. Very speedy delivery too! I'm a big fan of the packaging options that were available - absolutely gorgeous!

I raised a claim and 5 months on the cash back is still outstanding. Poor cash back service. I would recommend caution on this company's cash back!
