Untracked Applications Process:
Accepted Applications: If your application is successful with notice you have been accepted (instant on-line decision) cashback will be reported no more than 3 days later. If after 3 days of your successful application your cashback is not shown or is listed at no amount, you will need to raise an untracked cashback claim. You can submit a claim after 3 days but you must submit your query no later than 40 days after the day of your application (see information required below).
Referred Applications: If when you apply for a Post Office Credit Card you are not given an online decision (notification given we will contact you regarding the application), cashback will not track or show as no amount. If/when you are subsequently accepted for an account following a manual review of the application, you will need to submit an untracked cashback claim. You must submit your claim no later than 40 days after the date of your original application.

After 40 days we will not be able to process any cashback claims. When submitting your query, please ensure you have the following details: Full name, Date of Birth, Address including Postcode and last 4 digits of your card number only.
