Money paid in full one month before stay 35 poundsfor room plus 45 for dinner and breakfast, saver rate room (no cancellations or amendments) Daughter was ill so had to stay home.
We did not cancel as its clearly stated that with saver rate rooms you can cancel but no refund is given which is fair as a cheaper rate is offered, but still expected to get cash back as Premier inn still received money in full. Cash back declined - very poor show. Just to note Travelodge saver rate rooms have always paid even before we use them as they know they are guaranteed the money (as pre-paid the same as premier inn) I would suggest if there is a chance you could not use the room when paid in advance that you don not use Premier inn for cash back purposes.
Summary:

Room was left empty - meals not used - no extra cleaning of room requires as not used, but no cash back paid as no show, poor show.

I have cashbacks confirmed, but still not paid for December 2012 - It is now 12th May 2013.
Today I have also received an email from Quidco advising one of my claims has been declined. I booked to go to a Premier Inn in York in March but it was the weekend of REALLY bad snow (even the Met Office advised not to travel unless essential). We rang the Premier Inn to ask if we could re-arrange and was told no - our booking was non transferable and non refundable. They kept our money, would not let us re-book and now have also declined the cash back!!!! Best of both worlds - for Premier Inn anyway.

This is still the longest standing cashback tracking i have. purchased in march 2012 and still nothing! Was £650 worth of rooms for a small group of us so not just a few pennies missing. The quidco premier inn page now says they don't accept cashback claims before september 2012, why not?

This was one of the quickest confirmed cashback ever! Very impressive. We stayed near Heathrow and were very happy with the standard of accommodation and the price given that it was a late-ish booking.

We've used premier inn for years as a stopover location on the way to and back from family holidays. The prices and cashbacks have been getting steadily less value over time. We could well try Travelodge next time.

Great customer service at the Hotel and bed/room was comfortable however if your on the Belgrave Road side of the hotel its a little noisy from the traffic. There is double glazed windows but the noise still gets in. something to think about if your a light sleeper. The view from the side of hotel is fantastic. Parking is free all you need to do is collect the voucher from reception when you book in.
In great location and approx 10 minute leisurely walk along the sea into the town.

Alright payback amount, but payment was confirmed 4 weeks after the check out as it was a pay on arrival nights stay.
The hotel itself was really good! Room was huge and spotless! Would def stay again.

The hotels are good but you can forget about cash back, the transaction tracks but then the cash back is always declined for no reason. I purchase up to £4k hotels a month for fitters whom I have to accommodate but I definitely won't be using premier inn again

We recently stayed at the Stratford-upon-Avon Waterways hotel and were really happy. At only £35 for a family room (less cashback) it was excellent value. The staff are friendly and the location is excellent, right on the canal and around a half mile walk from the centre of Stratford and the river.
Cashback is tracked really quickly, bookings confirmed smoothly and there is no problem with payment.

Booked with Premier Inn last April, 2012 online. They have rejected my claim and I have no idea why. Unfortunately I was abroad for nearly the whole of last summer, returned with a broken leg in October and only recently discovered the rejection. At this stage I have no paperwork to pursue the claim and therefore have to lose the cash back which was offered. Peeved! I will book again in future because Premier Inn offer a very good service but next time I will make sure I have all the printouts and also check progress with Quidco instead of being naive and assuming all will be well!

Economical good quality rooms. I stayed at Gatwick airport for £29 per night! Cashback tracked immediately and payment speed of 5 weeks was great!

Pleasant staff, good room. Lots of security, but this was breached as one hotel user was able to enter our room with his pass. Washbasin did not drain and cleaning staff did not remedy it until we complained. Manager refunded one night's stay as compensa tion which was more than fair.
Hotel near main roads for access, but you need transport to get into Cambridge centre. Local bus service quite good.

Booked a Thursday to Sunday break for myself and my sister. Very easy to use website. Good choice of hotels and excellent value for money deals. Tracked the same day (Aug 2012) and paid in Dec 2012. Not bad delivery speed, I've waited a lot longer for much less money with other suppliers

When I first purchased with the retailer (as with all purchases) I went for the best deal regardless of the cashback (because it is never guaranteed). I got a great deal and could not be happier with the service of my stay and communication etc.
However the cashback didn't initially track/ recognise that I'd bought through Quidco and when I tried to query this was told that I couldn't, which was a little disappointing. Even though I'd got a great deal I still felt let down with regards to the cashback. However weeks later it suddenly tracked. It said it would take X amount of time to confirm- and it literally did take that long to the day. Hoped to get it before Christmas but, considering the issue with the tracking I'm glad I got it within the 6 months expected!

Ok, this time it did, but on a previous occasion my purchase had been tracked for a few months so I thought it was all in hand. The next thing I knew, it was declined. I had all the evidence to raise a claim, and did so, but Premier Inn had declared its own rule that it wouldn't go back to purchases prior to a certain date. So my claim was closed and I had no form of address. I feel that this was very unfair as the purchase had been tracked correctly, so I was unaware of any problem until it was too late to do anything about it.

The rooms are always of a great standard, however the pricing is starting to make Premier Inn less attractive for a room only. There always appear to be special offers on but I have never managed to get one. I book lots of rooms per year, always at weekends for a sports club attending competitions and in most cases we can get better deals from hotels offering B&B deals.

Those of us that travel a lot for work know what a good night is worth.
The hotels have always been clean, the beds comfortable and the staff friendly and the restaurants on site are always reasonable.
The 1/2 hour free internet is useful though not as good as Best Western who include free WIFI.

Becoming too expensive for what they offer. Think the offer is worth £60 night but too many creep up into the Eighties and more. I left it to the last minute so the good independents in the area were all fully booked and therefore paid nearly £90. Room was too hot, windows don't open although a fan was provided.

Had a great stay at the hotel and to make it even better I got cashback too. It was tracked quickly and the cashback was paid pretty fast too so all in all an excellent transaction.

Premier Inns offers a warm welcome, clean, spacious rooms and great value for money. The website is very easy to use and they have a 'Good Night' policy which means your money is refunded if you have not had a good nights sleep. I've claimed this on two occassions, both times when other guests have been particularly noisy - banging doors and loud raised voices etc., after midnight.
If it's a good nights sleep that you want, without all the frills, then Premier Inn is definitely worth a visit.

Premier Inn always pay the cash back, usually within 2 to 3 months. I use Premier Inn every week and always via Quidco, I've had hundreds of pounds cash back. The best thing to do is wait until they are paying 5% for all bookings which they periodically do and book all your rooms while this offer is on to get the most benefit.

They always pay - and alway's pay within 2 months, which I think is a fantastic turnaround.
They seem to be really on the ball and if the room is cancelled the payment is cancelled - which of course, is fair enough!
