  • After completing an application you will be given a reference number beginning with OLA. Please keep a note of this number as it will be required if you need to submit a cashback claim.
  • Cashback is only paid on approved applications which are completed online and within 30 days from application. Any application that needs to be followed up offline (for example, to show proof of ID in a branch) or is over the 30 days from application won’t receive cashback.
  • Please be as thorough as possible when completing your details online with Santander to help avoid the application being followed up offline and becoming ineligible for cashback
  • It is very important to clear your cookies before proceeding through this link. If you have visited Santander first through another site they will be credited with the commission (having been the first to refer you). If you have gone directly to the Santander site they will place their own cookie on your computer and will not allow the Quidco cashback to track.
  • Cashback will initially track with no amount. Please allow 30 days for the full amount of cashback to track. If the full amount has not tracked within 30 days please submit a cashback claim within 8 weeks of the application date.
  • You must have an active Santander 123 Cashback Credit Card in order for the Santander to approve your cashback
  • Cashback is only available once per person per product
  • Members should only use voucher codes listed on Quidco. If you use voucher codes or gift vouchers that are not listed on Quidco your cashback may not track or be declined.

- To qualify for this refund you must: (i) open or hold a 123 Current Account; and (ii) open or hold a 123 Credit Card (iii) set up a Direct Debit from the 123 Current Account to pay your 123 Credit Card within 30 days of either opening your 123 Current Account or 123 Credit Card (whichever occurs latest). The annual fee charged for the first year will then be refunded to your 123 Credit Card account within 21 days from the later of (i) activating your card and/or (ii) setting up the Direct Debit from your 123 Current Account.

I purchased a 123 Credit Card months ago and no amount was tracked. Now the cashback has been declined as Santander claim that I have breached the terms of conditions, but I still have the credit card, have paid the admin fee and use it every day. Waste of time and Santander have appalling customer service. Quidco have kindly chased this and I have now had the cashback confirmed - thanks Quidco!
