I upgraded to Skype Premium to benefit from group video calling which was a useful feature for contacting my family. Since upgrading, I've had fraud attempted on my account and been forced to block my payment card. Although Skype were helpful, I could only contact them online and they initially failed to understand the problem and that a fraud attempt was occurring on my account. On the cashback front, I am extremely disappointed. The cashback initially tracked after a few days but then disappeared from my account. On raising a claim, their response was swift that they had already paid the publisher.... I've contacted quidco further as the payment hasnt arrived and Im awaiting their response. IMHO If I knew what I know now from my experience, I wouldnt have upgraded my account with them.
