Order failed to track due to a glitch while the browser loaded the final confirmation page. Three would not give out the 8/12 reference despite having all other order references and orders confirming an online order was made.
Finally told they won't pay and I'm not allowed to know the full reasons why.
Disappointing service and fell I should at least be told why I won't receive payment.

3 months to be paid my £25!
The actual sim got to me fast, all payout/s on QUIDCO seem to be taking longer and longer and I dread to hear that you didn't clear your cookies message and no money will be paid, its happened a couple of times to me and I thought this deal was going to be the same, I have been emailing quidco support for ages in regards to this deal and finally almost 3 months later I have received my cashback for something that tracked properly !

I purchased the essential internet sim 200 plan on a 12 month contract. cashback was tracked at £41.67 then, after the first bill i received the cashback within 2 weeks time. Very happy with the speed and service. I would recommend to all if you get a good deal, three's customer service is amazing

I signed up for a sim only deal through quidco for the Ultimate Internet SIM 200 1 month with £25 cashback offer. The purchase was tracked straight away and the cashback was paid in less than 2 months - excellent compared to some of my other purchases! Three also switched my number from Orange with little fuss and I, as of yet, have not got a bad thing to say about Three. If you're in 2 minds about whether to switch to Three, trust me it's the best thing I did for my phone especially with the all you can eat data!

I purchased 2 separate sims from 3 on 2 separate dates. They have only authorised 1 cashback payment.
Despite having 2 separate 3 accounts and 2 separate mobile numbers 3 still can't authorise the 2nd payment as I haven't got the order number.
It's clear that these were different orders and accounts but I feel that 3 are simply avoiding the payment of the second casback amount . The first payment has been authorised but not yet received.
Very bad service 3 - must do better.

Item received next day. Went faulty within the 30 day period and was replaced after several days trying to diagnose problem. OK after nearly 3 months.
79 days since tracked but still no payment so quidco should remove that 100% within 60 days claim as other people have also said it is an invalid claim.

The speed of the cashback payment was awful! I know it was money I wouldn't have got if i hadn't used Quidco, but I was expecting to have the cashback within 2 weeks, not almost 5 weeks! 3 were quick enough at taking the money out of my bank account for the bill though!!! :-/

I have been extremely happy with Three as a mobile network with excellent coverage in my area and consistently fast data speeds (I get 12Mb/s usually, not on 4G).
The only down side is the Quidco site says average payment speed was 4 weeks and "100% paid within 60 days". I wasn't paid within 60 days and yet the site magically still says "100% paid within 60 days". I was paid after about 64 days so I wasn't bothered but it shouldn't say "100%" if it isn't true!

I bought a 1Gb preloaded data sim and it tracked quickly and paid out a month later, I bought another one the next month (rather than topping up the first SIM) and this also tracked, I then bought a third the following month which also tracked but has just recently vanished, no sign on my activity so unless I've missed something it looks like they didn't like me buying a sim a month (they're non contract) preloaded /lasts 1month or 1GB.

All four members of our household have purchased a phone via Quidco from Three. We have had cashback ranging from £60 to £84 each over the last few months. I am very happy with the service at Three. Even though we purchased online through Quidco we can go in the shops with any queries where they are very helpful. The online service centre always answers queries quickly and politely. I would recommend three to anyone. I think the cashback has taken about 2 months which I am happy with. It's free money after all for something that I was going to purchase anyway

I signed my partner up to 3 in September, I did everything through quidco to the letter but did not get a confirmation e-mail which meant we had to ring up and ask what was going on. Because i didn't get that confirmation e-mail with the 'magic' code I didn't get cashback of £50. I gave quidco every code that 3 gave me ( and there was about 10 others to prove it) but to no avail. Service wise theyre really good and shes still with them now with no problems.

I Used about 18months ago to buy my iphone 4s, it was £99 cashback (upfront phone cost). My advice is to always read the terms and conditions before visiting the retailer as it does state that items will only be tracked under certain conditions, like if you search for the item rather than navigate to it from a menu.

this is the third time i have had cashback declined for no reason other than 'referral was paid to someone else' - what does this mean exactly. Three do not have to explain this to the buyer.
i purchased in the correct manner (have been using quidco since 2007) and when i did not track after a few days, i kind of guessed i would not get a penny. lo and behold 5 weeks later 'Cashback Declined'

When I purchased my iPhone4 in 2011 thru Quidco, NEVER got the cashback as promised . The reasons given were bit silly.
Last weekend, pre-ordered 2 iPhone5 (one for me and one for my wife). Still they are not even showing up; i.e., NOT tracked yet!!! The only motivation for me to buy from Three is the cashback! Otherwise, I would go with T-Mobile.
Let me wait and see. If they decline again, will cancel those two 24-month contracts with Three.

Very pleased with the payment time. However, you do have to deal with 3's customer services to transfer your phone number which is a real pain. I changed from one 3 plan to another and 3 take three days to transfer the number from one to another. I asked how they could do this quicker and they told me that it's quicker to transfer it to another mobile provider and back to 3 (2 days). How mad is that.

easy to set up, great delivery and good access to the network wherever I tried .The only criticism I have of them is that a 30 day trial has to last at least 60 days as if you speak to cs and try to give 30 days notice when it arrives they ask you to return it immediately and if you keep it for a month they make you give 30 days notice effectively making it a 60 day contract.! Other than that I've always found it to be the best network for wireless on the move.

Got my shiny new Windows 8 phone next day and received the cash back around a month later.
However, I wanted my phone ported from another three contract in my name, but the outsourced call centres where completely unable to even understand why I took a new contract out rather than phoning them (so I got the commission via Quidco rather than their sale team!). They where so incompetent/unwilling to help I just ported my old number to a Vodaphone PAYG and kept new number.
In summary, good cash back but once my contract is up I will be dumping Three never to go back!

I took out the Essential Internet Sim 200 out at £6.90 per month. Cashback tracked straight away, although at the wrong amount which I assumed would be corrected. The tracked cashback amount paid out relatively quickly. However, Quidco realised that this amount was wrong, and then put the additional payment on the tracking page. Still waiting for this payment, but I'd expect it would be paid.
Overall, I would recommend Three, I'd certainly use it again for cashback.

Three are easily the best experience I've had on Quidco. The deal was outstanding and I got the cashback *confirmed* within a few days of purchase! That was during their very brief tenure as part of the accelerated payback programme. Even when they'd left - and are still not included at the time of writing - the same transaction for somebody else only took around a month to get the cashback paid.
I'd definitely factor them into a retailer decision in the future.

They have declined my purchase saying that I did not pass their credit check, although I have a nearly perfect score! I thought Orange was the worst in customer service, Three is the next one , avoid if possible.

Wanted the iPhone 5 on release day ....looked for any money off deals and couldnt find any as expected with the phone in such great demand...then saw £75 cash back with 3 and Quidco on a contract to beat all other data providers. Less than 3 days to track and cashback paid after first contract monthly bill was paid, which is pretty reasonable. All in all, not bad. Managed to get my iPhone 5 32GB in a contract cheaper than on PAYG, considering that monthly pricing can't change and I'm essentially paying my phone in installments. Not bad at all.

After purchasing my new Samsung Galaxy S3 with Three's The One Plan I noticed that the claim did not track. I raised a claim through Quidco on 28 Sep. Today (13th Nov) I've finally had a response that they have declined my claim as the commission was paid elsewhere. This is totally crazy as I cleared my cookies prior to the purchase, did not view any other website whilst making the purchase and the whole deal was done on line.
This is the only cashback claim I have ever had a problem with - typical as it was the largest value at £101.
Very disappointed and due to the time delay in getting a response I am now out of time to cancel my order too.
Dont count on getting any cashback out of this company!!!

I was on Giff Gaff for a while, but fed up with the drop outs and the temptation of a large cashback, meant I could get SIM only from 3 and enjoy; better reliability, customer service, and cheaper all round for unlimited internet. Hooray for 3!!

Excellent delivery as I received the phone the next working day. Packaging was good. Customer support was very good after I received the phone and couldn't fit the SIM card.
Three's site was quite easy to navigate...
The only issue is with the signal strength which is quite poor. I had checked this on their website as well at with one of the retail outlet and was assured signal strength was quite good...hence the low rating on Product/Service.

tracked and paid quickly no problems. I regularly get speeds of 20mb/s+ on Three's 3G network with iphone 5. With unlimited data and tethering on The One Plan, who needs EE's ridiculously overpriced and limited 4G plans?

Ordered Ultimate 600 SIM only 12 month deal with Nano sim for use with the iPhone 5 or Sept 19th, tracked same day and cahback was confirmed within 6 weeks. Very happy (especially as the monthly costs of this contract is now effectively < £10!)

Returning for another purchase and the cashback from them is always prompt. As it should be. There's alot of retailers out there that promise cashback etc then make it harder than it should be to receive it. Three however have been great on two occasions for me now. Recommended.

Was a bit sceptical about using Quidco and seemed too good to be true. But, purchased my new phone contract from there around first week of September. Cashback was tracked within a few days, and cashback was confirmed by Three today, so roughly 8 weeks later. Money is due to be in my account in a week. Overall, very satisfied with everything. Just make sure you read the terms and conditions though, but apart from that, it will work.

Bought iPhone 5 on The One Plan. It tracked within few hours. However it was declined after 3 weeks while I was still waiting for my phone to be delivered.
Raised a Claim which took 2 more weeks for the Quidco team to sent it to 3. I received my phone in the meantime. The next day it was declined. No more claims allowed.
Luckily I am within in 14 days period therefore cancelling my contract.
Never trust.

I ordered two phones from them neither of whic were delivered. Absolutely appaling customer services. After trying for a third time they had put up the contract price by £5 per month on a 24 month contract, so an extra £120.

Wow, just wow. I was fairly apprehensive to completing my first cash-back offer via Quidco and I proceeded to sign up to a mobile broadband contract with 3. The application was complete and the next day via DPD I received my mobile broadband equipment and within minutes I was hooked to the internet. The tracking process was visible the moment I completed the application and I am now just waiting for my cash-back to be verified and then released to my bank account. 3's customer service is average, and nothing special however Quidco's service has been exceptional.

I got my phone on launch via Quidco, the deal worked out great as I technically got the phone for free by selling my old 3GS. The network is a bit patchy in certain areas of the country and sometimes indoors, but overall I am happy. I am a heavy data user, so the One Plan works great for me. I can use as much data as I want, including tethering. All for £35 a month, which I think is a pretty good deal.

I was slightly nervous in taking the plunge to terminate with my old mobile phone provider (we won't mention names.. but think of a bight colour and you won't be far wrong..) However after having rave reviews from my partner in relation to the Three's network and the value for money you get from their pay monthly offers then I thought I'd give it a whirl.
I placed my order on first day of the launch of the iPhone 5 - easy initial set up into the network and convenient notification / tracking facility of my order which was delivered on the date as estimated. The one plan is a real good value for money with all you can eat data - which is something that is unheard of by other network providers!! The option to use the phone to tether is also amazing.
I've been with three a few weeks now and so far I'm impressed. Their whole process of setting up your online account etc really has the customer in mind and is very stress and hassle free (to the point where I'm not sure what I was so nervous about entering into a phone contract online rather than face to face in a shop)
They payed the cashback quickly :o)
Only minor criticism is the network can be a bit patchy whilst using it over bluetooth in the car but hey the network is still relatively young and the semi rural parts of North Wales can be challenging for any network at the best of times apart from that I'm glad to have converted to three.

Had two purchases tracked and paid quickly no problems both times they were purchased about 6 months apart.
Service by three has been ok a couple of times the signal has gone down but can use the phones by going to the back of the house not ideal but still have signal.

i ordered 2 seperate iphone 5's, abd when it finished and took payment the screen goes off. Im not sure if this is normal or if it is simply a way of Three getting your custom and then not wanting to give you the money.
I only bought this iphone 5 and it had a cash back deal if it does not process they can have the iphone 5 back, not playing games. It is suppose to be straight forward.
Initially correct cashback changed after a few days to incorrect amount ??

Purchased Essential Internet 200 sim only 12 month contract
Initially my new sim wouldn't allow registration replying with an error that the phone number provide on the sim card wasn't recognised ? I was forced to call Three support who said the number is usually activated before shipping but hadn't been in this case. I sorted the problem but explained it may take up to 24 hours to activate before I could register.
Initially the cash back tracked correctly at £50 but a few days later it dropped to £41.67 ??? which appears to be the cash back amount for "The One Plan 1 Month Sim only". Double checked using "my three" and it says my plan is "Essential Internet SIM 200 12 Months" so not sure what's going on. Raised a claim for incorrect amount.
Not a great start but on the upside the 3G speed is better than my previous network where I live. Hope the cash back amount gets sorted !

The cashback with 3 done through Quidco was super fast and hassle free, absolutely loved it. Didn't require any chasing around or talking to customer care which was indeed very nice, as I was a bit nervous about it.
Although the coverage from 3 leaves a lot to be desired, lot of call drops and very flaky 3G connectivity, I am sure they can do better than this

Purchased two sims and a phone using quidco, separate transactions and cookies cleared etc, only one tracked. Phone cashback hasnt tracked (£97), cant risk it, will just have to reject item when they deliver, not too confident of the "appeal" process.

Shopping around through the networks and checking on quidco, I was slightly cautious on my first order with 3 mobile. I wanted the "one plan" for the unlimited data with my new Galaxy's tethering capability but was aware of their teething problems some time back, the years have passed and they have grown and excelled in perfecting their services now.
It is totally true "the network made for the internet" is the claim and is flawless every time I use it, which is nigh on permanently. Allegedly I live in a "weak signal" area I guess due to it being that i am in in a new build property development, yet still it rescues me when BT Broadband goes awry due to bad weather etc on my land line and 3's 3G network even has the ability to stream SKYGO data requirements to a second device to keep my kid happy in the car on journeys, so you're not actually required to get more than one of the "one plan" contracts, however they represent such great value for money I have two of them, and will get a third very soon.
having used every network and compared speeds with friends etc, if you're getting a smart phone and want to release the controls on it to realise the devices' true potential then worry free Data Plans are the way forward and no-one can hold a candle to 3 on them when you add the value of all the texts and call minutes to any networks and landlines. Even the most fervently texting offspring will have their work cut out trying using up 5000 texts up in a month.......
As with all networks MMS cost extra but with smartphone use another method that is free to use with your unlimited data.
As soon as Sky update SKYGO to jelly bean OS and the new Android tablet app for SKYGO as well I shall take out a plan again.
Oh and it is also pretty nice to have one cashback in just under 5 weeks and the other in less than 3 weeks. Once again they excel against their competitors.
Take it from a converted Skeptic, if you're into your smartphones and tablet PCs and want to keep permanently connected without the slightest worry over data from a supplier of TRULY UNLIMITED data, then you must choose 3 mobile there is no better network or provider around, and at my age having used a lot of providers in the past and now being "gadget heavy" I can compare easily with my devices and family's devices to know that each one is better of on 3 Mobile.
Get teh best plan and get the superfast cashback too, you know it makes sense.
they have even brought out an extensive range of internet tarriffs for tablets and the ever increasing smartphone.
Customer service is staffed with knowledgable people, they act fast and if they can't help you immediately personally you are through to someone in moments providing the help you need and in a manner that is not only excellent it has always been a first time fix too, which is a mark of real quality.
I have only had to call a few times and it was internet account setup related and not the phone or mobile internet service themselves.
