Did dual energy switch in January which didn't track. Had to email Quidco for them to raise the issue with uswitch. Heard back on 3rd May that the claim will be paid but Quidco have to wait on uswitch again now....as of today, am still awaiting the money. If I ever get the cashback it is a good amount but the time I have had to wait is unacceptable so I wouldn't recommend if you want a smooth process.

all round win win situation tracked without any problems and paid within 3 months of changing supplier didn't have any contact with uswitch themselves. just with new supplier but was a smooth changeover

Uswitch didn't record automatically - I had to contact Quidco support to track my purchase, and QC support chased the payment on my behalf. Thanks Quidco, hopefully Uswitch will get their system working better in future.

an absolute shambles. the email says you will hear from the supplier within 14 days. 21+ days and still waiting. Rang uswitch after 17 days, and told it was just over two weeks, Nevertheless it was over 2 weeks. The uswitch solutiion was to give me British Gas's phone number, didn't really get anywhere. I've earned this cashback, although with my luck I'll not get it!

Excellent experience of switching the utilities. I am hoping to save some money with their help. the only bit which has not worked for us is that the meter readings have not seamlessly transferred over but that seems more of nPower's problem than uSwitch.

Uswitch was very slow at tracking and then actually paying me. it tracked at wrong amount and i am still months and months down the line trying to sort it out. i wouldnt reccommend to anyone!

uSwitch found me a good deal to swich my dual fuel contract. My purchase didn't track. I raised a claim over three months ago and I'm still waiting... I wouldn't recommend uSwitch via Quidco.

The cashback didn't track automatically and then took four months to confirm payment. The actual Switching of suppliers went fine though and didn't have any problems.

I used uswitch for my annual switch last year, it didn't track, claim raised, cashback was paid after a while. This year the same thing has happened and I've had to raise a case again as it didn't track

Its quick and easy to use cashback not bad but if you have multiple properties the tie up to Quidco account only means you can do one property. Need to look for alternatives for the others.
