vista sometimesa taka the ... good quality to be fair, but watch out for the postage costs! - always use free delivery codes if find them and take advantage of the freebies... as my gran would say no such thing as a free lunch tho - hence the postage! As for paying the cash-back, tut tut Vista you are slow x

The photo canvas was finished to a high standard, it is a good quality product. The packaging was only a cardboard envelope and I think this should be improved. I will however definitely use Vistaprint again.

I have used Vistaprint quite a few times and have always been very pleased with the quality of the product and speed of delivery. Cashback was paid promptly. The calendars I ordered for family and friends have been excellent. I ordered a book full of my favourite photos from 2012 and again was very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

No cashback received and when challenged, claim that the transaction cannot be traced, despite proof of purchase and all details requested being sent through. My partner also purchased through Quidco to Vistaprint and has not received cashback. Consider the deal before trusting Vistaprint - the quality of the product was inferior too compared to others such as Photobox. We will not be using them again.

Firstly, the site is excellent and I have always had no issues with the products, nor the speed which is usually faster than stated. However I have had a £7 cashback declined, despite it showing on my Quodco, having all the emails and receiving the goods before Christmas. I have disputed for a second time, so will see how that goes, but very disappointing for a company who use price incentives like this to win business, for them not to be followed up properly.

I ordered some party invitations approx 5 weeks beforehand, I chose the 21 day slow option as postage costs are quite high with them, 4weeks later nothing came, I did contact Vistaprint and to be fair they did send me another set of invitations on a 3 day delivery scale but this too was late. A bit frustrating when I had wanted to give the invitation out in advance rather than on the day. The invitations themselves are nice and of good quality. I will order from them again but will leave double the amount of time! On the plus side the Quidco cashback was paid fairly swiftly.

We've used Vistaprint for about 5 years, and i guess with the recession, they have cut back on printing quality. Don't forget if you order 1 free item and the postage is x and seems a lot, you can order up to 3 other free items , and often the extra postage is only pence, so if as the lady did, who ordered a mug and postage was 8 pounds, probably a free t shirt would have only added a few pence to the postage. Also...Christmas Cards....why not redesign the plainer cards and turn them into Birthday cards, so you can then get 10 free birthday cards, which saves on going to expensive sites.

Free foto mug - which excludes £3.80 p&p and excludes a 'fee' for using your own photo which needs to be uploaded to their site, overall the cost at checkout was in excess of £8... Hardly free at all and with a promised 21 day delivery, I think I'll stick to other online retailers... And annoyingly they try to flog everything on top like Lovefilm subscriptions, car magnets, calendars, notebooks... you have to click 'proceed' about 100 times to get to the checkout!

sends fantastic offers that are only made ordinary by excessive postage charges. Charges very high for faster delivery but selecting lowest price delivery still arrived in a couple of days

Acceptable business cards received - but the experience was soured by deceptive "free" offers with massive p+p costs (if you want it delivered the same year.) Won't use them again due to this sharp practice plus the huge amount of spam mail received from the company, if you're looking for business cards there are better out there (think of the noise a cow makes ;) - I was much more happy with them!)
