150 quid cash back in less than a month on a 12 month 20.50 sim only contract with unlimited calls, text and 1 gb internet 750 mb free wifi .quite a bargain works out about 8 quid a month after cashback , on the down side internets not very good , the settings sent dont seem to work right with my nokia e7 mostly cannot get a 3g connection. although sometimes it all works fine. it maybe a 3g coverage issue. one encounter with customer services so far, made me wish i had not gone with vodaphone and puts me off calling again regarding my internet problems.

Signalling was okay, but customer service is good with Vodafone. Regarding tracking, it initially didn't tracked for some reason, but after raising claims, things were quick. I almost got half monthly price for my contract

For some reason the purchase didn't track so had to raise a cashback query, which Quidco dealt with promptly and it's now 'confirmed' and due in the next payment run. Time scale from cashback query to resolution was about 2 and half months I think. Which is OK I guess. However, so far as Vodafone itself, I'm not bowled over by the service. Within 2 weeks of starting my contract with them, 3G went down for 2 weeks. Not a great first impression and I find their signal and/or 3G is all over the place still.

The quicker you get a reward the more likely you are to repeat the action that brought the reward. Some transactions with Quidco drag on and on, but the new faster paying system really seems to be coming to grips with that. After 4 years and heading for £1000 of cashback, Vodafone was my best experience with Quidco yet. I got the £20.50 per month sim with unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 1Gig of data with £150 cashback. It had a guaranteed payment date in late May and I've already got the money, more than a month early. I've only made 1 month's payment so far! To be honest I don't need all those minutesand texts, but with the cashback it reduces the cost to £8 per month, less than I could get packages with much lower limits. So well done Vodafone.

I took a a sim only deal with Vodafone on-line. The Sim arrived the next day. No problems getting it working. The deal is £21.00 per month locked in for 12 months with £120 cash back. My husband took a similar deal with O2 and he has had no end of problems including getting charged for two phones instead of one. Next year he will also switch to Vodafone- highly recommended. ( and the cash back was in my account within 3weeks)

What had supposed to take 5 days, actually took 5 weeks. The whole process was extremely difficult and longwinded. The cash back was not automatic and I had to raise a claim. It would have been far better to have gone with another supplier rather than stay with vodafone who were not able to deal with this at all.

Ordered 12 month SIm only deal with £150 cash back, as usual Cashback did not track,... Vodafone sent text message asking me to contact them... All they did was to ask me if my bank details as provided, were correct I already have two other phones with them so not sure why they did this. Raised quidco claim but Vodafone came back with order number not recognised... even though i cut and pasted the WEB order from the vodafone email... As i was under 7 days i rang and cancelled the order. Wish i had gone for the T-Mobile Fully monty deal which was on at the time. Ahh well ......

Having been with 02 for the previous 15 years I was tempted away by the Vodafone cashback. I wish I had never left! Vodafone customer service is absolutely dreadful. I've had a catalogue of problems but the worst is the fact that within the City of London Vodafone 3G has extremely poor data coverage between 9am and 6pm. There is a growing community of extremely dissatisfied customers on the Vodafone UK forums who are building up detailed data to prove how poor the Vodafone network is. Unfortunately, having taken up this offer I am tied in to Vodafone for 24 months and the only way out is to continue with our complaint and escalate this to Ofcom. Search the Vodafone forums for "EC1A - St Pauls" and you will get an idea of how bad the Vodafone system is. After reading that, only then think about taking their cashback!

Bought a phone contract from Vodaphone through Quidco - first of all the cash-back claim didn't register, then Vodaphone said they wouldn't pay as I'd cancelled my contract (which I hadn't). Raised a claim with Quidco (Quidco support were very good throughout) and Vodaphone eventually paid the cashback, 11 months after the original purchase.

I've been a vodafone customer for over a year now and they never fail to surprise me. ive only had one problem with them and it was sorted out very quickly at no extra hassle

Speed of earning cash back from this retailer is extremely POOR. I spend a whole year still waiting for my cash back!! More than 1 year waiting if you get goods from this retailer.

I will try and answer everyones questions in the following post and go through most of my problems that i came across this past two months: Speed of the cashback tracking? Quidco did no track my purchase, i had to enter it manually, which wasnt to bad. They do leave you in a void for 2 months when you cant raise a claim with their department. For some reason it happens automatically and 2 days later i got my cash back. Pricing, including cashback and relative to competitors? I still have to find a better offer for sim only deals, im getting a £26/month Unlimited Texts/Calls and 2Gb Data effectively after £140 cashback for £14/month, this beats any of the competitors and with Suresignal, i have no issues with signal anywhere at home and thankfully none in work. The 2Gb helps me use apps such as SkyGo, Iplayer, Internet Radio etc. Product or service with respect to the retailer? I found that when on contract with iPhone, i normally got through to a UK based customer service, since migrating to sim-only, i have started to get through to a non-UK based company, this is not meant to be a racist remarked, i just find that they have problems identifying your exact issues. They fail to read or understand notes made on your account which caused me an undue £37 payment on my account, thankfully was sorted out no problem and refunded. Speed of the cashback payment? It has taken about 2 months following me raising the cashback claim, so 2 1/2 months altogether, i hear better stories online here but i had to raise it myself. Delivery speed and packaging Delivered ASAP, in a massive packaging, such a waste to. NOTES: My problem with the deal came very shortly in, i was aware of this cashback and was ending an existing Vodafone contract, i phoned up and gave my 30days notice to switch my contract (12months) to pay as you go when the contracted ended, the next day i ordered this sim card. Hence i did not fall into the bracket of ending an existing contract. Upon receiving my new sim card i phoned up Vodafone to get the number i put on pay as you go, which i have had for 8 years, to be transferred onto the sim-only contracted. Apparently this is impossible, i took 3 phone calls on 3 separate occasion for someone to try and get this to happen, each time told there was a system error and the report would take 8 days to fix this. Each time with no joy, in fact on one occasion the lady resumed the old contact and subsequently charged me an extra £37 pound on my monthly contract (this was refunded no problems at all). After a month of trying, i got through to a sensible fella, who asked exactly what i was trying to do, i told him and his words were, if you change your number over you run the possibility of losing your cash back, he said wait till you get it and phone up again and see what happens. He said just ask for them to transfer the contract over from the new sim only contract to the pay as you go on, and that should work no problem, because you cant migrate or get the puk code from Vodafone --> Vodafone. I hope this has helped you, as i went through a living nightmare with the first three supervisor who were not UK based, to understand my exact problem, each one tried for aprox an hour each time to do exactly as the other, it wasn't until this other guy who also wasn't UK based to understand my problem, i suppose its just luck of the draw.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering from Vodafone but had nothing to fear. On the day I ordered there was a bit of a problem with their site and I had to call Vodafone. Very helpful and efficient and all was resolved very quickly. Cashback was confirmed very speedily.

Received confirmation under a month. Thats 2 moths earlier than expect after reading terms & condition. SIM was sent out next day & customer support has been extremely helpful with number transfer & placing tariff restrictions on to contract. 5 stars we salut you Vodafone.

Got a SIM only deal with £60 cashback. Tracked within a few hours. Paid within 3-4 weeks. Vodafone was very good when trying to arrange number transfer via PAC since the PAC was just about to expire.

Cashback didn't track, had to manually chase it up, but the Quidco team were quick to sort it out and it was confirmed a week earlier than they advised it would be.

Very Poor, Vodafone changed the order placed through quidco and dispatched the same sim-only product with different order number (good business trick to avoid cash backs !!!). Rejected the claim twice and simply the response is the order was either cancelled or returned. Vodafone did not inform the customer about the change of order. Claim turn around time too long, each claim response took more than six weeks. I would suggest if the delivery order number is different from quidco order number, simply cancel the order and return the product to vodafone.

I was with Vodafone 2 years back and it was pleasure to be back with smooth transaction through quidco and quick confirmation of the cashback. The delivery was quick and ported my old no to vodafone very comfortably.

Cashback did not track so raised a claim, still waiting...SIM came and worked fine in my Blackberry. However, contacted vodafone to move my old vodafone payg no. to the new contract... 4hrs 40min on the phone of getting shunted around... Worst customer service ever experienced... PS vodafone say they send you an email when product delivered to the store for collection, guess what... never received. Just went the shop on-spec to see if the SIM was there. Not a one off as was the same last year with a different phone! Unfortunately it is the only service that works for me in the country.

This has been my best experience so far from here. Super fast payment & vodafone have been easy to deal with as I have not had any reason to have to get in touch with them which means everything is working as I wanted.

I got my partner a 3 month deal last year. £8 a month and £30 cashback. She had to leave them after 4 months though as signal strength was terrible wherever she went (we're in London). My friend who lives the other side of London has just done a 12 month quidco deal and got the cashback very quickly but is also having problems with signal strength. On both counts customer service has been poor with the ' our signal is the best it must be your phone' attitude. To sum up great fast paying quidco but i wouldn't touch Vodafone for service. All phones were iphones too. Not cheap handsets.

Can't fault the deal, £100 off a 12 month sim only deal is fantastic. Really happy. The only issue was that a lot of other people (also Vodafone) seemed to get their cashback confirmed within a matter of weeks. Mine took 2 months. Ok, i still got the money but I don't think there is really any excuse for it to take that long, especially as its meant to be "faster paying". This was my first purchase with Quidco and I'm not put off trying again, just won't get my hopes up for an instant payment!

Quidco in all fairness have pursued vodafone who failed to recognise the cashback scheme at first and eventually got a result after months and months of chasing. Really poor experience... Not as simple as it seems this Quidco malarkay! Having said that I will be £140 better off at somepoint, of which i'll use to buy myself out of this terrible contract OH THE IRONY!!!

Excellent deal considering you just have to spend a little time to get the offer. Just make sure that you select the offer via the link from quidco and you will be onto a winner. I was very sceptical at first but I shouldn't have hesitated. It all works and have been paid my cash back meaning that I got one of the best deals for my sim only 12 month contract! I will be using quidco and Vodafone again.

Ordered a 12 months sim only vodafone contract and from the day I ordered until the £140 went in to my bank account it only took 24 days, now that is what I call a great offer! Was sceptical that it'd all go so swimmingly because of the high amount of cashback but it did. Perfect!

Excellent customer service when you use their online help desk. I had an issue with my sim card which they sorted out really quickly for me. My phone was easy to order online and was received quickly but I was unable to contact the delivery company though which was annoying. Cashback claimed was tracked quickly and payment was received within 3 months.

Despite terrible service at Vodaphone their speed of payment for cashback you cannot fault. If you want help with issues then don't use them but if all goes well then their cashback is great.

I am really amazed how fast my purchase has been tracked and how fast my purchase been confirmed all in only 2 weeks.

special off of £140, tracked at base rate £70. got the £70 pretty quick, raised a claim for the remainder, told it was not on that offer, then after a while vodaphone finally says claimed valid, but shame still waiting for the remainder £70 to be tracked and paid. had a sorry its taking so long time email. we will see what the new year brings us. had this remainding cashback claim approved in september.

Having submitted a cashback deal with Quidco and Vodafone, it was initially tracked and then 8 days after accepting deal, I was notified by Quidco that Vodafone has declined the cashback. I have subsequently spoken to Vodafone whom has advised and put in writing by email that they have not declined the cashback. Trying to raise a query with Quidco whom are telling me in templatyed emails that I have to wait at least 30 days before this matter is dealt with. Since 7 days have passed since taking the contract I am now left with this "unwanted" contract.

I changed from o2 to Vodafone after spending nearly 10 years with them and having nothing to show for it. I had sim card delivery issues and reception related issues with Vodafone but nothing that wasn't sorted out. The cashback amount is/was really good and has made my contract about £14 a month for a huge allowance.

I've purchased Sim Only deals thro' Quidco twice and not had a problem. Reading the other reviews it seems if when you are transferred to Vodafone from Quidco you look around the website you may then struggle with declined feedback. I've always done my reserch first and worked out EXACTLY what i've wanted. Then i log into my account select the vodafone deal and order it. It's worked both times for me, maybe i'm lucky or maybe this is sound advice? Who knows but if it helps that will do for me.

Very Poor, never recieved cashback, never properly explained why, except could not track an elegible number. Very long drawn out and poor followup. Would not do this again and have heard of others not getting their Vodafone cahsback either. Other retailers typically good turnaround and follow through.

Bought two phones in April each one on a deal where I would get £20 cash back each phone. Still not tracked, they've said one of them doesn't meet terms & conditions, when it clearly did. The other was lost off my activity list & through lots of emails (good job I kept emails from last April provingI had made the purchases) they are now raising a claim. I'm not holding my breath! Sorry Vodafone you've lost a customer!

I bought a Samsung S3 three months ago. I was very pleased with the tracking of the cash back (£145) with the first usage fee. Thank you. Cannot fault! Plus the phone is awesome too!

I moved from 3 to GiffGaff because reception where I live was poor. GiffGaff was better for calls however data was sooo slow. Now with Vodafone and the connection speed is a massive improvement and I also get very good call reception at home. Also, the cashback amount was great and was paid in a couple of weeks. Very impressed.

Cant fault this one. Purchased a sim only £15.50 12 month deal and tracked immediately. Was amazed when payment was made within 3 weeks of sim going live. Other transactions have been less successful but when it works well, it works well.

Tracked cashback for the wrong amount, which they declined and then declined again when I submitted a claim. What they don't make clear is that when they offer you another offer on their site it negates your cashback through here. A good service otherwise from Vodafone, just cashback is not a straightforward process. Think the marketing team that sort this out need to sort themselves out first and stop taking the mickey out of customers.

Took out a new contract for a 12-month SIM deal at £15.50 per month for use with an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S3. I already had a non-data package and existing number with Vodafone and did not want to lose the number. To avoid the transaction being registered as an upgrade, I opted to run both lines until cashback was paid and take a risk on non-payment for up to 3 months. The transaction on the new SIM tracked within a day and the SIM was delivered to a local store (my option) where I went to collect it and get my contacts transferred. I was given the 3-month Data Trial (use as much as you like offer) free from Vodafone. Cashback was paid in around 6 weeks. My old phone is now PAYG with no contract charges and my old Vodafone contract number is being transferred to replace the new SIM contract number. This was as close as I could get to a "contract upgrade with cashback". My net savings amounted to £100 cashback, less £5 Quidco annual fee, less approximately £20 in line rental on my old phone awaiting cashback to leave it fully operational. I could have easily saved the £20 by making my old phone PAYG straight away, but wanted the convenience of making outgoing calls originating from my old number at contract rates. Vodafone are sorting out the number transfer but refused to match the Quidco net nesult without my going through all these hoops even when I threatened to leave for another provider. A very poor show. Their communications over the process for transferring numbers was also very poor and it took around 5 calls to get enough facts to ensure I could achieve what I wanted without compromising the cashback entitlement. My cashback was paid today and I am now completing the transfer of my old Vodafone number to my new SIM. I am assured this will be completed without hitch within 48 hours. Here's hoping !

no cashback paid , they changed the tracked order into an upgrade and then declined the cashback , I specifically said i did not want an upgrade , they assured me that was fine and yet they still decline the cashback. Why would i choose an upgrade when its the same phone , that in my book is not an upgrade that is a new contract.

Cashback tracked and paid quickly, which is impressive considering the mess the order involved. They ended up duplicating my order, so I picked one phone up and tried to cancel the other. Then it turned out they had given me the wrong phone and I had to return and swap them. I'm still out-of-pocket for the second phone charge as we speak.

Very straight forward, smooth transaction for product and cashback. Website was easy to use and cashback has given me a better deal than those offered on web.

After reading the reviews on here I thought I'd provide my history with this retailer. I bought two contracts through Vodafone. Whilst I was declined a cashback claim on one contract, I was given cashback on the other one. The cashback was paid extremely quickly so can only praise the deal. I now need a new contract, but shame the cashback rate has dropped by £100!

Bought a Samsung Galaxy SII on a 24 month contract back in June, it showed £0 cashback but understood this could be the case until it confirmed. It should have been £120. Raised a cashback claim at the beginning of September which quidco acted on but still no confirmed amount. I only went with vodafone because of the cash back but reading other reviews maybe I should have gone to another provider. Not good advert for your products Vodafone!!!!! I have had this claim rejected as classed as an upgrade. not right I renewed contract was not an upgrade. I did exactly the same the last time I renewed the contract they didn't quibble then and I received the cash back so why different now. :-(

I've been waiting for my Vodafone cashback since January, countless updates from support saying its still being processed I'm pretty sure I'll never see a penny of it as I note that people who have had contracts since have been paid out. Wouldnt take Vodafone up on any future cashback offers despite them having good deals I just cant rely on ever receiving the money. Shame really as I'm due to get a new phone and these guys would be my first choice if they paid up.
