Signed up prior to the Grand National to place some bets. Got a bit suspicious when all other reviews were claiming they had tracked and paid within a day, and I had seen no sign of tracking. Had to wait a week or two before I could raise a claim and was then told that William Hill wouldn't even review my claim for a further month. Finally got confirmed payment more than 6 weeks after I signed up to a supposedly fast paying company. Would not use again.

Don't use as they will change the cashback with no warning. Most retailers warn of a cashback expiring at a set time or on a particular day. These don't, at a random time in the day 12:35 pm in my case they will reduce cashback from £20 to £2 even though you clicked through the link when it was £20. Quidco customer service just state that the cashback changed and there is nothing they can do. Surely a message saying the amount will change from £20 at 12:35pm, every other retailer on the site does!

I chose to open an account and bet with William Hill due to the £20 cashback on offer. It's tracked quickly but at only £2! I then went onto win my bet but when I went to withdraw the winnings they suddenly can't verify my age so I'm now wasting time waiting for them to explain how I can do it.

Was the first transaction I've ever had not track so I was slightly worried I'd done something wrong, but they ended up approving and paying my claim super quick. Have continued to use the site since, I definitely find their site easier to find your way around and to place bets on. so 5 months after I initially signed up, I'm still using it!
