I notice that Asda have now changed their wording to say 'new customers' - wish they'd said this before I shopped with them 3 times, had one cashback declined and nothing heard about the other two. Don't think I'll bother again. And they charge for delivery - other services are free if you spend over a certain amount!

Persuaded to give Asda a shot due to their tempting cashback offer for new customers, however they declined by cashback and have subsequently declined my cashback claim. Very poor, will not be using them again.

Can't really fault it, they are potentially the best supermarket delivery place out there (good value for money, great offers) and it only took a month or so to track and confirm and pay!

£8.00 cashback for trying click and collect declined. Reason given that it was not a new customer sign up. I am quite sure that the quidco offered (for a limited time only) was just for first time use of the click and collect service and not just for being a new customer sign up.

I was really impressed with Asda as a whole, the whole process is easy and they delivered everythign i asked for, all the dates on things were well in date and able to be used over a period of weeks, I also thought the speed of the cashback was brilliant and i would urge anybody wanting abit of cashback from online shopping, try ASDA! Brill!! I have carried on with my weekly shopping with ASDA! :)

Loads of substitutions which were awful- why would I want dumplings instead of corned beef for example? Also, items missing. Wouldn't use again.

I wasnt really impressed with the product because they chnaged one of product and i opted for pick up next day option after going all the way to lime square shop but found my items are changed!!!!do wanted to reject after going all the way!!!! but cash back was quicker than expected!!!!!!!!

THey took ages and I had to file the claim. They told me my reference number was too short although that was the one they gave me. Asda denied my claim but with help from Quidco Services they got it sorted within 7 days, very happy with it. Shame on Asda so be careful!

I was a new online customer spent a lot of money. didn't receive my 10% or my £5.50 cash back. sent a claim form and it was declined with no reason. won't be online shopping there again!

The site is hard to manouvre around and takes ages but once you get used to it it isnt bad. Keep eye on delivery and substutions. Customer service is fair though.
