Cashback on Reserve and Collect purchases will only be paid if you use the specific Reserve and Collect counter when picking up your goods. Cashback is calculated minus delivery charges. Collect@Store cashback will be validated 28 days after the item has been picked up from the store. Cashback for online orders is paid on the final transaction amount after all discounts have been applied including any post transactional discounts. In order to validate your cashback with Currys Reserve & Collect you will need to manually supply us with the order number in the format 2210evq and the receipt number in the format 012569 from your store pickup receipt. The form to do this will be available through your 'Earnings' page once your initial Currys transaction has tracked.
