How much does Dunelm delivery cost and how long does it take?

Delivery options depend on what you’re buying. When you use Dunelm’s Click & Collect service you won’t have to pay anything, and you should be able to go in and collect your purchase from your nearest store as little as two hours later.

Standard home delivery is free for orders of £49 or more and should arrive within a few working days. You can also pay extra for express delivery and have any order that you make before 20:00 delivered to you the next day.

What is Dunelm’s return policy?

If you change your mind about a purchase you’ve made with Dunelm, you are welcome to return or exchange it within twenty-eight days of purchase, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

Dunelm will also ask you to show your receipt as proof of purchase. It is quickest and easiest to make your return in-store, but you also have the option to return purchases through Collect+, which has drop-off and pick-up points all over the UK, usually at local shops or Post Offices.
